Sorry to intrupt this hilarious thread, but I have a question. Would it be alright with everyone if a man tortured a woman in the same fashion?

Maybe the torture came later, when the interrogators came in with the pictures of what had happened, and the guy saw the giant smile on his face. Then envisioned his wife's face when they threatened to let those pictures out to the public? This would explain why they were so stupid to take the pictures now, wouldn't it?

Beating your child isn't considered torture either, but that doesn't mean it's right to do? Heck, I don't believe that beheading is torture, not as it pertains to the discussion. Since, it's not inflicting pain and discomfort in an effort to cooerce someone to cooperate with you....ummm.....maybe beating your kid is torture.

I want to ask you all this. Is it acceptable to you that our president, who gives us all the impression that his policies are sponsored by God, to be the head of an administration that was, or still is, producing pornographic material? Do you also write letters to the FCC griping about our TV shows being too offensive to you? Do you gripe and worry about the influence the openess of the gay community is having on your children? Do you preach about the "sacredness of marriage"? Because by supporting these policies, you are defying all these beliefs.

By the way, more was going on that just the unpleasant sex orgies....but as Clinton has proved, the media will latch onto this kind of sewage waste and probably never uncover the rest. I suspose it's also appropriate for the Bush administration and the Republican party to produce the crap for our consumption also?

Please spare me your biased propaganda fueld ignorance. Alot of the prisoners are/could be innocent. If they had any proof of their wrong doing then they would not need to torture them.

It's odd that when it's Saddam torturing people he must be taken care of.
But when it's The US torturing people then its "torture the stool out of these people"

I remember when my husband was in the middle east, that women are third class citizens to them, and that menstruation for the muslin and even Jews is a state of uncleanness in the women even the bible mention that.

And for a man with strong believes to be touch by an unclean women or eat unclean meat is way of torture to their bodies.

Even some tribes have this type of believes.

But I will have to bring the subject of the women places in their minds, while they consider the wife as the mean of procreations, they engage on extramarital affairs for pleasure.

I but only if the man is marry, single man can not do that they have to marry first.

So, torture yes in a physiological way, what men does not feel "torture" when they sexual needs are not satisfy. "They get the Blues"
