You could at least post a link top the page until you can get the video up, but a quick google revealed a hairless sun bear

It does kinda look like a sun bear that is creepy. They should give it medical attention.

Lead it out to the pet cemetery and plug it a couple of times when it reaches the hole you dug. It will cost a lot less then taking it to the vet who has dollar signs in his eyes. Shot, shovel and shut up, it's the humane and least costly thing to do.
