Apparently, the people getting close to the keys are getting Xkeyscore'ed and their machines kicked offline. I don't think anyone's claimed to have the keys publicly yet ... but places were discussions about the methods used to find them were being DDOS'ed.

People might have to resort to air-gapped and non-networked computers isolated from the net to get the keys. The fact that so many sites (and the discussions on those sites) were being nuked is quite telling...
