ATS is working great for me since it was worked on a day or so ago...but the 'myATS' button keeps pulling up a "YES, ATS is down" sign.

Is this happening to everyone?

Not mine. It might be protesting that fashion statement you're making.

Had it happen one time this morning (9am Central Time).

Then I changed a Windows7 language setting from Russian back to English.

The whole internet has been glitchy the last few days.

If you use MSWindow(s), a program named CCleaner is a good tool.

The free version can set to clean out a bunch of crap and it works.

CCleaner

You can even make a shortcut to run it after you close a browser.

It's a new computer...less than a week old. It's pretty clean.

I get bloated files in one day after using the internet. The whole system slows down easily.

temp.files, bloated cookies, etc.

CCleaner is not dangerous, try it.
