He had a friend named Bill who lived in Northern Virginia where originally got some pictures like that.

He often wears a Budweiser hat that say "bl" on it.

He spends probably 9 hours a day watching MSNBC.

The YOU THINK.. .can get you into trouble. False info can ruin someone's life family and career.

And then they could sue YOU for false accusations.

Be absolutely SURE of your evidence before you pass it on.

Positively and Absolutely sure.. .if you are...go straight to law enforcement.

You are in a situation now where you need an attorney. Accusatory matters can spin out of control and turn you into a victim. When ever you enter the legal system in any capacity, it's imperative that you protect yourself with legal counsel, especially if you are going to deal with law enforcement.
Don't say anything without your attorney present. Trust no one!!!!!

Advice on an internet forum is worthless.

I've seen pictures of boys on his smart phone out of the corner of my eye. I would say the youngest looked to be about 7 years.

Can you describe the pictures? Were they fully nude or engaged in sexual activity, or were they just like pictures of a kid in a bathing suit at the beach?

Wait, this person you've been in a relationship with for 9 years is 63 and you're... 27? So that means... When you were 18 you started dating a 54 year old man and have been with him ever since...?

You also met him in an online chat room, have known "what he is" in relation to his having children's images on his phone for several years, and are afraid that he will abuse you as he sometimes does if you report him for being a pedophile...

It isn't gonna look good for you when the police/FBI/whatever discover that he has kiddie porn and you knew about it and did nothing.

Sorry but this is a bunch of b.s attention seeking crap and you know it, if you were that concerned then you know what you need to do, it's also pretty strange that you said you knew him for 9 years and his friend watches msnbc for 9 hours a day, hmmmm.

He was drunk, came at you like he often does, He was angry you confronted him about the CP you found. After he attacked you, you managed to get away; you grabbed something and defended yourself with it.

It was self defense...

Open/Closed.

Hypothetically speaking.

It's totally depends according to the crime. What he/she has done. And after that he/she will get punished for that.

You'll be OK.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

its a forest that is haunted by different spirits and creatures and has been fought in ancient spiritual battles. I want to camp out there . . .

I camp in a place like that, and when I'm not there I think about it.

I have been to psychologists, therapists and psychiatrists and I am taking an anti psychotic medicine every night and an anti depressant in the morning. and eric is not my legal guardian. I met him on a chatroom when I was 18. im 26 now. I was desperate to leave my mom's house because of the chaos there.

Do you look boyish? It sounds like he worked hard and now wants his fantasy life. You've got to get out of there somehow.

Were there money troubles in your mothers house? Did you ever go hungry? If you've never known these things the thought of branching out on your own can be scary. It would seem neat for him to get locked up and you get all the goodies, but it isn't going to work like that.

Bluntly, he'll know you'll try to escape and he'll watch for any sign. Preparing to leave isn't going to be simple, but you have to do it somehow.

One thing that's obvious is you've given enough information for Law Enforcement to identify and locate you both. If he comes across your ATS account he'll realise that.

Gretchen, we have conversed before on another thread re: your spouse not allowing you to drive.

Stop being afraid. If your spouse is doing what you think he is doing, than you must think of the children first. How could anyone sleep at night with that knowledge and not report it.

Is this the secret knowledge your family has that you were afraid they would report?

Whether you can get absolute proof or not, your spouse is an @hole and you know it. File for a restraining order, the police can also help you with this.

You have an illusion of a comfy life. Would you rather end up in prison yourself? You need to proactively get this spouse out of your house YESTERDAY! If it is their house, go to a shelter.

If you can get any evidence, screenshot it if possible.

I have a son, if anyone were to hurt my child like that, I would hunt them down and set them on fire - just sayin

I owe you all an apology. I finally confronted him about what I'd seen out of the corner of my eye. He showed me immediately that it was just stuff from blogs on Tumblr. I guess I just have a vivid imagination.

. . . spouse not allowing you to drive.

I wish I could not allow my spouse to drive. If she kills a biker I'll feel it's my fault. She comes up with all kinds of excuses for the time a biker hammered on the roof of her car with his fist. None of her excuses include the fact that she cut in front of him.

Not allowing a spouse to drive may be a way of protecting the spouse and other road users. Some people are safer drivers than others.

I don't argue that. I was simply recounting a post Gretchen made a while back.

I believe she mentioned he has been violent with her as well.

Somethings not right here. You either have someone who is not taking their meds, or a bad dude out there possibly committing crimes. Either way, with what has already been said I would imagine there would be an investigation either way.
