Please somebody enlighten me as to what the agenda is here because for the life of me, I can't figure out what the hell blaming a religion of 1.7 billion people is supposed to accomplish?

What if Islam isn't really a religion? What if it's just something else masquerading as a religion?

The muslim president needs to shut the hell off and move to the middle east with his brothers in arms.

He is nothing but a joke, I can not wait to see him leave once and for all.

Can't wait for that draft dodging Oompa Loompa wannabe fascist to get into office huh?

The Somalian kid was subjected to a rigorous vetting process. His whole family was. It was a two year process from what I heard. What about people who become a threat AFTER they come here? There are limits to every process. The CIA does extreme vetting that takes place continuously over decades and yet, it hasn't stopped the occassional flip has it?

No amount of vetting will ever predict the future.

What about American Muslims?

WHAT!?!? OK you are making me dizzy with your circles!

If we have a President that won't even say the word radical Islam, how are we discussing it!?! We are supposed to shut up and not speak of the "peaceful" religion.

Point out where our President has discussed ANYTHING dealing with these terrorist....but if he had a son. SMH

Anyone willing to take a bet that within 10 years we're going to start requiring Muslims to wear a patch/armband or something to make them easier for authorities and law enforcement to identify?

Can you show me the backlash?

If I'm all wrong on this I want to be educated.

Fort Hood

San Bernadino

Club in Miami

France (twice)

College campus days ago

(Just to name a few)

Where is the backlash? Where are the stories about random, peaceful Muslims in the west being beaten and killed?

So the immediate response from Obama and company to come to the defense of those that don't need defending is very telling.

I think perhaps they don't realize that in defending those that don't need defending, they are, by default, making serious accusations against everybody else.

People ignorant of history are doomed to repeat it. Small wonder why they worked so hard to make Americans stupid because 30 years ago Trump would have been laughed at. Now he actually gets support on the same things the Nazis did that's sickening.

Honesty means calling acts of terrorism from Islam followers for what they are terrorist act not more sugar coating.

I've heard the President call various acts of terrorism, "terrorism" or "acts of "terror" etc. What you want is for him to say "Islamic terrorism" over and over. You're right though, let us stop sugar coating and being completely frank here. What you and many others really want is to have Islam labeled as the threat.

Just like Flynn right? Islam is not a religion, it's an ideology. Islam is not a religion, it's a cancer and it's metastasizing!

How do you like being called a racist and a bigot? Serious question. I hear a lot of expressions of butthurt from Trump supporters who say, "I'm so tired of being called a racist! She called me a deplorable!"

How much blubbering has this outrage over the perception of being labeled a bigot caused among millions of Americans? Now imagine that your religion was called a cancer. You're not just a bigot, you're a cancer. You're a threat to the world. You're like a tumor that needs to be excised. We need to monitor you. Put you under surveillance. You're a threat. You're a terrorist waiting to happen. You're a threat. You're not like the rest of us. You're a threat.

I'm a pragmatist. Explain to me what you believe it is will be accomplished. Stop talking usless platitudes and start talking results.

Yeah, it's crazy out there!

I mean, you know it's dangerous when I'm more likely to be crushed by own furniture in my home than killed by a terrorist!

Man, the Muslim boogeyman is great fear porn!

Dude, ISIS could claim any crime done by a Muslim inside the USA.

It doesn't mean they had anything whatsoever to do with it.

SMH...

To this date, the Islamic State has never claimed responsibility for an attack that they weren't directly affiliated with.

If you think I'm wrong, prove it.

But they could, and how can anyone actually prove if they did or didn't have actual involvement?

We're obviously not there yet, however what is our choice if the problem becomes worse? Do we just allow people who are brainwashed to commit mass murder in our society? This is extremely difficult question to answer with both legal and moral implications. There is an incompatibility with radical Islam and western culture. I would say if the radicals want to live in western society they either adapt to American culture or agree to a control mechanism. Otherwise we would continue to live in fear. I mean, I'd normally say just send love to their hate, but I don't think that is going to change their belief system. How would you solve this problem?

Because there are investigations, from multiple agencies that aren't always working in collaboration with each other.
