during a media call, Jason Miller, Communications Director for President-elect Donald J. Trump Transition Team, was asked for evidence of voter fraud to back up trumps claims.

TAMARA KEITH: I am hoping that you could point to the evidence of millions of people who Mr. Trump claims voted illegally and also any evidence you have of election fraud that he claimed on Twitter happened in New Hampshire, Virginia and California. MILLER: Yes, thanks for bringing that up. You know, one of the things I’d say just, kind of, on the front end that I really do think that it’s been ridiculous that so much oxygen’s been given to the recount effort where there’s absolutely no chance of any election results changing. This election’s been decided, it’s a conceded election, and I think even to the fact that, you know, Clinton’s general counsel has mocked the McCrory recount effort in North Carolina, it’s even a — a much smaller margin. You know, with regard to, you know, additional — you know, but I think it’s also important to point out that if so much time and attention is gonna be given to recount issues and some of the other things that Jill Stein has been bringing up, it’s important to talk about some of the other concerns that are out there with regard to voting. And in particular, I’d point to the 2014 Washington Post study that indicated more than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 elections indicated they were registered to vote, and that Washington Post story is important. I’d also point out some of the other examples that we had raised during the campaign. Some numbers include the Pew Research study that said approximately 24 million, or one out of every eight, voter registrations in the United States are no longer valid or significantly inaccurate. And in that same Pew Research study, the fact that 2.5 million people have registrations in more than one state. So all these are studies and examples of where there have been issues of both voter fraud and illegal immigrants voting. So if this much attention and oxygen’s gonna be given to a completely frivolous, throwaway fund-raising scheme by someone like Jill Stein, then there should be actual substantive looks at the — the overall examples of voter fraud and illegal immigrants voting in recent years. And so that’s — that’s the — the broader message that I think should be taken away here [. . .] TODD GILLMAN: At risk of being accused of taking a second bite of the apple, I wanna ask about the allegations of all the millions of people who voted illegally. Jason, you — you mentioned people who might have but not people who actually did vote illegally. Will there be a Justice Department investigation once Trump is president? And has he asked state or federal officials, election officials, law enforcement, to investigate these allegations that billions of people voted illegally this year? MILLER: Well, thank you very much for the question. So I think it’d be inappropriate for me to speculate as far as Justice Department activity following — after inauguration or after swearing in and the transfer of power has been completed. So I’ll go ahead and — I’ll go ahead and leave that one. But obviously, I — I do think that’s an issue of concern, the fact that there’s a concern that so many voted who were not legally supposed to. And I think that one of the — the key points — I think there’s a — a responsibility from members of the media is to give an appropriate level of — of attention to some of these different concerns as — as we’ve seen from the Pew research study and the — the report that was in The Washington Post and a number of others and — as opposed to just chasing the — the shiny object of the Jill Stein recount effort, which is really just a way for Ms. Stein and the Green Party to go and make money. I think they’ve already raised — I think the number I saw earlier was some $6 million. It’s just completely ridiculous and I think anyone who looks at that on — on face value just sees how — how nonsensical it is. So, I appreciate that

please excuse me if this is from a fake news site. but it still holds merit.
theres no question that voter fraud took place. after watching the veritas videos, theres no doubt in my mind that not only did it occur, but i occured big time. how big is the question.
how many dead people somehow voted?
how many illegal immigrants voted?
how many voted in multiple states?
how many voted at multiple locations?
these are questions that will probably never be answered. and to ask for absolute proof of voter fraud is hard to prove, especially in states like california. thats why its done. because its hard to trace, and harder to prove.

just searching in google for trump stories like this shows me the true bias of the msm. 99% of the articles say trump falsely acclaims voter fraud.
we all watched the videos and read wikileaks i hope.

these liberal news sources are as dumber or dumber than i thought. why do you think trump was elected. because you lied to us. constantly. everytime trump has said something stupid, the media pointed and laughed.
eventually, most of what he has said, hes rubbed the evidence in their face.
has anyone at CNN even watched project veritas? that there should be enough to convince anyone. instead we are told trumps an idiot.

That statement is worth so much....

It shows how well the plan on the left to censor the news is taking effect. It is already working in just a few short weeks.

RedState would not necessarily be considered a "news site" it is more of a right wing blog... but they will try to censor it anyways under the guise of fake news regardless.

No need for apologies.

I read comments from people in California stating illegals were voting there. They were voting for Hillary too. Now two million sounds way to high, I suspect the numbers are quite a bit less than that. The comments I read were from Las Angeles, now the numbers of illegals there are higher than in the northern part. I do not know if this was happening all over California, but I trust the regular people who did comment on it happening in their area. One of those comments was from a Hispanic woman that was legal here. She was just noting what was happening, and if I remember right she did vote for Democratic herself. The comments I read did not seem to be politically motivated, just people saying what they saw, illegal aliens voting for someone. Maybe they can vote for some things in California, I do not know. I just know what I read. The people were not fired up, just commenting.

Now, the Stout republicans tend to blow this stuff out of proportion. Maybe all the illegals voted for trump, everyone else in the precinct could have voted for Hillary all I know. I just see they were voting. All you need to vote in California is a garbage bill from what I read.

Actual story of when I was voting this year.

There was nobody in the building (small town volunteer fire department) except me and the (pollsters?). About halfway through with voting a young man around 22 comes in and starts filling out the voting card. When they tell him he isn't registered, he proceeds to tell his sob story about how he registered one county over and just moved here four months ago (registration stopped less than two months prior), and this was his first time voting because he really believed in Clinton. On my way out; I informed him of the state law where you must vote where you are registered, but they were already in the process of giving him his voting access card by that point.

So even in a small town, here is an example of someone whom I can guarantee voted twice this year.

Isn't that interesting how that works?

People seem to be accepting this new fog of doubt. Source becomes the primary consideration, substance the secondary consideration. Except the new 'fake news' mantra isn't really designed to get to the substance at all.

It's the new short-hand for don't take this seriously. It's not worth your time or consideration.

nobunaga, don't apologize for your sources. Truth can be found anywhere. Let people debate your facts, not your sources.

Isn't it sad how the MSM can sway everyones beliefs like this?? Before Occupy Wall Street, I never really heard people use the word "entitled". Ever since the MSM started using that word, everyone uses it against everyone no matter the context. Sometimes they're right, sometimes they're wrong, doesn't matter, they use it anyway.

Now everyone is going to be worried that any source they use will be labeled a "Fake News" site. I refuse to use the term, and I wish others would, too.

aun-tv.com... /harvard-study-illegal-alien-voter-fraud-decides-many-elections-6-4-of-illegals-voted-in-2008/
heres a study by harvard that showed 6.4% of illegals voted in 2008.
im sure higher voted in this election because of trumps rhetoric about illegals.
so 12 million illegals in country
lets say 8% voted
thats 960,000 illegal immigrant votes

www.npr.org... million-dead-people-still-registered-to-vote

pew center study showed 1.8 million dead still registered

www.nbcbayarea.com...
heres a story showing proof of dead people voting
so lets say 10% of dead, registered voters actually voted
thats another 180,000 illegal votes

watchdog.org...

heres another article about voters registered in multiple states.
almost 7 million registered at the time of this study, in multiple states.
so lets say 10% of those people voted multiple times
thats another 700,000

now im assuming most of these people voted democrat....

this puts us at around 1.5-2 million votes that would have been illegal or shouldnt have counted.

maybe trump and his team need to find a way we can vote through a national registry of legal voters.

I wonder who my mother voted for this year, she has been dead for about eight years now but we still get stuff for her meaning she is still in the governments system somewhere as being alive. I have checked social security and some other stuff but the government is bad about making sure to inform every department that a person is dead. Maybe it is purposely that way.

According to the thing we got in the mail before this election, she hasn't voted for the president since 2004, so she is still on a list somewhere as someone who can vote even though she died in 2006. Are we supposed to notify our local registry if someone dies or is the government supposed to notify them.

Is it a coincidence that "evidence" is so hard to come by?

Is it a coincidence that when someone does decide to challenge election integrity BOTH SIDES have a hissy fit?

How does one produce evidence if one isn't allowed to find that evidence???

As a lifelong resident of southern Calif., I know for a fact that undocumented (illegal) aliens vote in our elections. I've watched it with my own eyes. Los Angeles County has 10-11 million population, with an extraordinary amount of illegals. The problem is, they have been here for one, two or even more decades, they have a driver's license so they register to vote. We do NOT check IDs when we go to the poles, you give your name, if it's on the list of registered voters, they hand you a ballot. And for those politically savvy, they just request a ballot by mail and never go to the polling place at all.

California is such a left leaning state this never gets reported. I would not doubt that 1-2 million of the 37 million population of California votes illegally. It is a fact, the only question is just how many!

obviously you failed to click on the links i provided to the studies that were done on these topics. before commenting please read the information provided on said subject, or your just wasting everyones time.

there is proof that dead people vote
there is proof illegals vote
there is proof people are registered to vote in multiple states

theres no data available for who what when where... and totals.
i have used estimates based on previous elections ( also in the information i provided you failed to read )

its almost impossible to provide proof. however, you can use previous data to make an educated guess at future or current results.
for instance, sales and retail stores occur during peak sale seasons. you can look at previous years to gauge what will be sold.
now does that hold merit? a little. but doesnt provide proof that sales will increase or decrease during said period of sale.

can you find proof that millions of illegals DID NOT VOTE?

its counter intuitive... sometimes you just have to assume something based on previous data.

i gurantee there was millions of illegal votes. all for clinton? maybe not. but it happened, and if you watched project veritas, then you should know it was planned.
