I don't see anything about the "Washington Post" on that link...

Any chance the OP is affiliated with that website... IF not the owner? lol

We told you the government was getting too big for its breaches with the Bundy fiasco, but he was just an old, rich white rancher. The government couldn't possibly abuse him.

You guys seem to be skipping the facts about voting machine hacks.

THAT...

What everyone needs to ponder here...and I mean PONDER FOR THEMSELVES....INTROSPECTION...

Is how Donald Trump's erratic nature, the rapidity in which he flips from one extreme position to the other with extreme conviction and prejudice...

Leads to ATSers doing the same.

For the love of god...ATS has been a hotbed of "Voting Machines are BAD and HACKED" for years...now the exact same posters are suddenly calling that nonsense.

Nah, wait... that was Finicum with his hands in the air.

THE WASHINGTON POST ON THURSDAY NIGHT promoted the claims of a new, shadowy organization that smears dozens of U.S. news sites that are critical of U.S. foreign policy as being “routine peddlers of Russian propaganda.” The article by reporter Craig Timberg – headlined “Russian propaganda effort helped spread ‘fake news’ during election, experts say” – cites a report by a new, anonymous website calling itself “PropOrNot,” which claims that millions of Americans have been deceived this year in a massive Russian “misinformation campaign.”

well...the fact that there isn't a single voting machine that connects to the internet is pretty compelling evidence.

If we are to believe the Russians can hack our elections....then certainly the Clintons could do it with all their influence, right?

The claim is so ludicrous that it really only deserves ridicule.

Really Tex? By deserving ridicule...do you mean yourself 30 days ago?

Do any of us trust the election process? Remember Diebold? 2000? 2004?

And all he made clear was that he would wait and see what happens, and that he was sick of Matthews drilling him on the question for more detail. Maybe he wants to hide that detail...or maybe no further detail exists, and he just didn't want to give an answer that would make him a liar? Who knows?

But if he made it clear he doesn't trust the election system....good. Neither do I. Haven't since I saw the way Perot was treated (another lunatic that I hate feeling empathy for).

I apologize for citing just you, but out of the dozens of people on this thread displaying the same apparent hypocrisy (where I can sit posts side by side all day)...I trust you the most to explain in honest manner.

Are you flocking kidding me?!

As I said in a similar thread - hilarity should ensue, as it has on this side of the monitor.

All I really own is a pick up truck. Your question has been answered so many times, in this thread, that all I can say is try reading some before you make claims. Maybe try the post three down from your last asinine quip.

Well there are a lot of alt-right posters on here who post fake news, religious trolls posting lies and kooks of all kinds.
It's to the point that the site's motto should be changed to "Embrace Ignorance"; since that's what so many choose to do here anymore.

We've certainly had our share of Russian propagandists posting here whenever things get a little weird over there but we seem to nail them pretty quickly. Subtle they ain't.

Why no listing for Daily Kos being a fake news site?

When Hillary collapsed on 9/11 there was a popular article claiming that Hillary is physiologically unable to sweat and so she overheated.

www.dailykos.com...

Why no listing for HuffPo?

Don't know about Kos, but we know HuffPo carried water for the Clinton Campaign with at least one of their journalists, so they aren't "fake" at all.

That's because the alt-right posters say that the alt-right does not exist.

I don´t know if this thread had somewhat changed focus but I just want to say that ATS being on such a list is not funny at all.

Everything that has happened so far this year, Brexit, Trump president-elect, Russia provocating the East, is just the beginning of a dividing of the world even more in east and west, native and immigrant, "right" and "wrong".

Focussing on selecting so called "propaganda" sites, as in this case allegedly Russian, already started several years ago (at least one big attack feb 2013) with a yet unknown attacker using groundbreaking technology penetrating and closing several alternative forums on the net, registrating members and collecting their e-mails and others information useful to the attacker. I was, and still am, a member of one of these forums. You whom was affected knows of what I speak here.

Sitting alone in your chamber writing about the problems in the world, however wellmeant, "free" and serious, can and will blow up in your face. We are not at all anonymous. You should not be as to naive to think that. The PTB could easily ruin your (our) lives with a press of a button.
