Thanks, UK. I assume the recount odds rest entirely on the recount/don't recount choice of the candidate themselves then? Since we don't have a habit of recounts every election, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the question of who can call a recount was brought up in the first place. Not everyone's a civics whiz, and this stuff isn't exactly talked about much anyway. Calls for recounts are, mechanics generally aren't.

This shouldn't have taken until page 7 to get answered, though, folks.

Actually, Hillary doesn't need to challenge the result. You forgot that there were more than two candidates on the ballot... So instead of Hillary ( it would make her look as a sore loser and provoke much more anger), Jill Stein is going to ask for recount...

All 3 states would need to flip in the recount to change the result, although if they manage to flip 2 states and then get 2 faithless electors to go against the people of the state, that would do it too.

The faithless electors are free to choose whoever they want - even people who didn't run - in most states. 3 have already stated that they will overturn the vote for Trump in their state and select another Republican.

I noticed that MSNBC doctored that Clinton video to remove the bags under her eyes, and to give her skin a deeper/glowing hue. Made her look like she did during the debates.

OK, thanks. Not surprising then. Trump says he will win Californians over by increasing the prosperity of all Americans. The illegals in CA will probably benefit too.

Everyone is still playing team sports, that's sweet But partisanship aside, IF there is evidence of voter fraud or vote manipulation - it needs to be investigated. IF there is tampering with the vote count, it is treasonous and should be dealt with if a candidate requests it or not, it's the foundation of our system of government that is at stake, and we all need to know.

Here's a troubling one for ya - in Wisconsin - 2,485 more votes were counted than were cast.

Maybe burning 20 or so federal reserve buildings, all the buildings and people on wall street, the NYSE, and every bank within their reach.

I've heard both sides YES and NO.

But, best I can gather - - depends on the state. Each state has its own rules.

Technically, the DNC put up a GREAT candidate. One of the best this country has seen in years (Sanders). It also fielded an ok candidate that was at the least a better choice than Hillary (O'Malley, though I hear he's in the running to be the next head of the DNC). Buuuut the DNC decided to put all of its eggs into the Hillary basket and took the choice away from the people and it cost them the election.

Sander's is the best if you don't work and are on welfare.. Sanders is more of a commie than Russians that the DNC endlessly whines about. Sanders does deserve a Nobel Peace Prize for turning many Democrat voters away from Hillary Clinton.

Is that 2,485 a total of the "Under Votes" column? If irregularities are found in WI-MI-PA, there could be a nationwide recount. Someone AT THE TOP has to be in charge of all this. You can't leave the outcome of a PRESIDENTIAL election up to individual states and their respective technologies, rules, and partisan influences.

If they manage to do it, they may just decide not to risk losing another election and just decide to remove everyone who voted against them this time.

They've got a lot of people convinced that we're just a bunch of irredeemable racists as it is. It wouldn't be hard to convince them that we need to be removed "for our own good."
