They changed the charges. The first I saw said vehicular manslaughter. IMO there's no way you should let a 24 year old be driving a bus. You need a minimum experience level that puts it where only older drivers can be behind the wheel.

The driver was traveling well above the posted speed limit according to Chattanooga police.
