US Air Force vet - isn't that enough to prove it.

Hey , watch it there.....
But I concur with the sarcasm..

It was more just pointing out that it really is not adding much to determining what it is, even though air force and some in the air.

Thats perfectly ok. Laughed and starred your post. No , because anyone is an AF vet doesnt necessarily lend credence to a subject of UFOs
Remember Project Bluebook?
Peace to you

I use a phantom 3 pro. fairly regularly. And i have never had an anomaly like this show up in my videos. At first i thought maybe a dead pixel or something or a flare on the camera, but

It reminds me of a small bolt of energy.

I have never seen a bird that size, fly that fast.

It may not be a bird, but an insect. And the speed cannot be determined because we can't tell how far away from the camera the object is. Insects zip past in front of video cameras all the time, zipping through the frame very quickly because they are so close to the camera. In this case, it could be an insect that is close to the drone/camera.

It may only appear as if it was coming from the direction of the trees near the horizon, but that could only be a trick of perspective. In reality, the object (that I think could be an insect) is close to the drone, and the trees are far behind in the background.

For example, when I look out my window, I see a tree branch about 10 feet away, Far beyond (but in the same line of sight), I see a hillside that is about one mile away. The tree branch is overlapping the hillside from my perspective. nut they are far from each other..

Similarly, if an insect flew toward my window, it may appear to have come from the hillside a mile away, because the hillside is directly behind it in the same line of sight) but the insect may only be 5 feet away, and looking as if it is moving extremely fast compared to anything that would be moving on that hillside.

I think it looks more like an insect, not a bird.

Or something else. Did anyone read the video description on YouTube?

When I first saw it, I thought "Hmmm, that kinda looks like a golf ball".

Then I looked closer at the footage, and saw sand bunkers in the distance, so this seems to be really near a golf course.

Any chance someone saw the drone and decided to whack a golf ball at it?
