What began more tha century ago to be a political game of power and spheres of influence int the south Caribbean basin turned to be right now a major issue that the next US administration will inherit and have to deal with:

The possibility that the most important inter oceanic communication path that it is vital for the National interests of the United States can be shut down by a puppet nation that has recently moved limits with other and it is also planning to do so with at least other three surrounding nations until build a Machiavellian enclosure through international waters, backed by an International Power, this time China, is very real.

United States has a lot to lose if these Artificial claims continue being solved in the upside down way that it is right now occurring in the Hague, favoring not the rule of Law but the audacity to present claims that are artificially manufactured.

This would mean that absolutely All international treaties that are right now in the world, including the ones that define aspects of sovereignty can be turned down by any of the parts that signed it at their own will if they are able to build a convincing case in the ICJ.

What we are seeing is nothing else that the ending of the Rule of Law in the world using the own legal instruments to carry it out. In other words the destruction of a System that has costed so much to build in, in this case the United Nations, using the own system to destroy it.

It is really weird situation and the only Light that we see right now in the Horizon to refrain this terrible International conspiracy is the two brilliant legal instruments that Chileans and Colombians have presented for consideration to the world to stop this abuse against sovereignty of signing nations from International organisms:
