How an Indian firm predicted a Trump victory using Artificial Intelligence

If the election result swayed more Trumps way instead of being close to a 50/50 decision of the two candidates then I'd probably be more interested in how the AI predicted this. But when there wasn't much gap between Hillary and Trump votes, it's like flipping a coin and saying heads, the possibilities are two close to determine and exact result.
