The Avenger UCAV was one of the potential contenders for the now shot in the head (and Navy's foot) UCLASS UCAV. However, the Navy butchered the program. It seems GA has continued with developing the Avenger anyways. On October 27th, an extended range version had its first flight. Total flight time capability has grown from 16 hours to 20.

The Avenger variant is being considered for the Stingray, but, well, we'll see if the Navy ever does anything with the program

What is the force mix between these and the MQ types?

I maybe completely wrong being as though I have only read a couple of books and seen movies, I assume the global hawk flies high but the Reaper is a lower altitude.

Is this a Reaper or Global Hawk type and size?

Would there be any use in weaponising a Global Hawk?

Global Hawk is all about range so any extra weight in weapon systems would make it compromised in mission.

The Avenger is a Reaper size platform. It was originally designed to operate off of air craft carriers.
There's still some interest in it at several different levels so it has a chance to actually be bought be someone.
