I think this is great, all of these protests actually.

"F Trump"
"He's not my president"
"Hey Hey Donald Trump has got to go"
and blah blah blah.

It's not going to draw anybody to their cause, it's not going to change the fact that Trump is going to be President, it deepens the resolve of the right, and might just drive some of the more sensible democrats into the Republican fold for the next election cycle.

So, protest on I say. Show everyone what you're really like.

I don't think they understand how stupid that sounds coming from them.

They were shown what democracy looked like on the 8th.

But because these special snowflakes didn't get their way, they must act out.

Can I ask, what are these folks expecting to accomplish by protesting. From my knowledge, protesting is a way to stop or advance something. Factually, from what I've seen, there is nothing that can keep Trump from office now from the outside?

To show how they feel. Possibly to let the new president-elect that he is not unopposed in his views. he lost the popular vote, remember. I do not believe anything will keep Trump from taking office.

I agree, but again let them go at it. The more they expose themselves the less popular they'll become and the more they'll marginalize themselves.

I agree with a talk show radio host in my local area on his explanation of why these people are acting like this.

Basically his explanation was, that when democrats get into power they tell everyone else to just 'shut up and get in line'. That is how they think, and they believe that everyone else is exactly like them, that makes them afraid. They believe that the right will just tell them shut up and you don't matter anymore, they don't really know how to use the system to help their causes(if they even have a cause), so they lash out the only way they know how.
