What? PC does not equate to establishment.

It always has. Only in people's rush to make it a left bashing phrase do people forget what it really means and did mean before Obama became president.

Political correctness - agreeing with the idea that people should be careful to not use language or behave in a way that could offend a particular group of people.

Calling a fat girl, fat, is politically incorrect. That's not going to change with Trump's presidency. That same people that didn't care before, won't care now. Hopefully the whole "PC" thing dies out. It's stupid and only divides the country while heightening the sensitivity of emotional people. Doing away with PC will help them cope with life as their skins begins to thicken.

The definition stays the same, it's just applied differently. I'm predicting under Trump it'll be politically correct to coddle the Christian far-right voters views that helped put him in office. I could be wrong, but usually the establishment ruling party's views decide what's politically correct. Then it's filtered down through the media for absorption and appropriation by the public.

Don't get me wrong, what is considered "PC Culture" by the right that everyone thinks they're giving a finger to by voting Trump will be here from now on. Love it or hate it, that's our modern society.

There's nothing Trump or anyone else can do to take us back in time where this way of thinking isn't prevalent in our culture. It's already happened. It's over. The horse is out of the barn on that one.
