use pictures in my post

How can I use my pictures in a new post. Do I have to upload them? Member upload is temporarly unavailable, but this is already for weeks. Is there another option?

Just "quote" a message with a picture to see what you have to type.
at www.uploadit.org you can store pictures.

If they're on the net, you can link to the url, by pressing the little monitor/palette icon in the formatting section. It's right under the font size.
