The only source I can find in that video is a YouTube video, and I'll be honest you got my hopes up but I don't really think YouTube is representative of the NYPD.

Now - if the NYPD makes an announcement/statement, cite that, and yeah... that'd be a great day.

First of all, if they reall did that, it would be on a site other than the right wing click bait site you put up.
