Have them on my scanner now, still active scene. Description is a guy with Kevlar and high powered rifle. 3 to 5 victims some confirmed fatalities.

Near, NOT at. It was also near 2 schools and a daycare.

I picked up my daughter from school and took her to that park and we got back at 2:15 no bs. Scary ish so close to home

Crazy a member living in the same city. The park is crazy decorated with flags too.
Funny thing is that park is right next to the police station its right across the street! IT would be the most retarded place to actually try something like this.
