We on ATS know on probability that the Clintons can play a dirty game. If Trump wins, even Trumps backers know that the price of loosing doesn't have a consolation prize. She and Bill will have to be investigated down to the size of their underwear, when this happens to anyone anytime laws will be found to have been broken. I think Obama will pardon her immediately, nothing can be done about that, or it lessens the power of the thing that they are competing for. He will Pardon her, simply because they the Clintons would have dirt even on Obama. A full investigation would compromise many in Washington, and around the world, if the full scope of their activities came to become general knowledge .Chaos would ensue. A modern society cant take chaos because everything is to centralised. So on the surface not much will happen, but plenty might be going on out of the spotlight. I think the NYPD, will get a sweetheart deal,and hand over the copies of the files. because they would become files so damaging that it affects national security.
