The reasoning behind this charade is obvious... There is no reasoning nor reason behind this.

(Washington DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding developments during today’s court hearing concerning Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking emails sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in her official capacity during her tenure as secretary of state: The Obama State Department is doing a political favor for Hillary Clinton for suggesting to a federal court today that Judicial Watch wait as long as five years to see up to 31,000 new Clinton documents found by the FBI.

We learned in this lawsuit that the State Department is slow-walking the release of Hillary Clinton’s deleted and hidden emails. Ironically, this Clinton/Obama State Department stonewalling has guaranteed that the Clinton email scandal won’t be resolved for years. The court has set the next hearing in this case for November 29 to discuss the status of 650,000 emails reportedly found on the computing devices of Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner.

The State Department has been producing Clinton email recovered by the FBI under a September 23, 2016, court order issued by Judge Boasberg. The State Department confirmed in September that the FBI turned over to the State Department at least 15,000 new Clinton emails as a result of Judicial Watch’s litigation seeking all of Clinton’s work-related emails (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)).

This along with all the crap from Anthony and Huma.. I've seen more Wieners this fall than could fill a trench, way too much for me.

But yeah 5 years? The FBI can comb 650000 emails and deem them not unlawful in 8 days, but they need 1 more year than her first term to process 31000 pages? Makes sense eh...

I think you are spot on, its a old boys club with everyone covering each others asses or certain people having access to major dirt on them and if the Podesta emails are to be believed well I dread to think..

Now imagine that beyond who Clinton already owns by now.... imagine she wins congress and senate as well.

They just need to post them online we'll have it wrapped up in about 2 weeks. Or hand them over to the FBi they'll have it wrapped up in 4.6327 hours.

A request made like that would need to be fulfilled by paper copies. It isn't like they can e-mail it. When it became a case it became paperwork.


So Judicial watch is just going to have to wait it turn to "see" those physical paper printouts. Now apply common sense to their reported whining of the matter.
