OCTOBER 19, 2016
Judicial Watch today released new State Department documents, which were uncovered by the FBI in its investigation of Clinton and her use of the clintonemail.com system. The emails reveal direct communications between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, about clintonemail.com management problems. Last week, Clinton claimed under oath to Judicial Watch that she “does not recall having communications” with Pagliano relating to the email system. Clinton’s emails to Pagliano, who installed and maintained the clintonemail.com computer system in the Clinton’s New York home, relate to email management problems with Clinton’s BlackBerry. The FBI recovered these new emails from those not turned over by Hillary Clinton. These new emails are government documents and not personal emails as Hillary Clinton claims in defending her decision to not turn over 30,000 emails sent or received by her as Secretary of State.
The new documents were among the nearly 15,000 Clinton emails discovered by the FBI, and obtained in response to an April 8, 2016, federal court order directing the Department of State to begin producing materials for Judicial Watch in response to a September 3, 2015 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-01441)). The lawsuit was filed after State failed to comply with an August 5, 2015 FOIA request seeking information about Bryan Pagliano’s involvement with Clinton’s email system.

Hillary's people massaging the FAQs put out on her website that she is always pointing people to with which to 'fact check,' claims:
1) As to the server turn over, I think we decided to say something like "the server that was used during her tenure as Secretary of State."
2) I would prefer not to use the "March 18, 2009" date, because we know there were other emails using the her clintonemail.com address prior to that date. Could we make this more vague, like "early in her term as SOS"? Or would this change provide a "gotcha" target--if so, not worth it, since this is the date of the earliest email in the PST of her emails, as I understand it.
Kennedy asked that the FBI’s classification level on an email related to the 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, be changed. Kennedy said that would ensure the document would be archived, “never to be seen again.”
The FBI did not change the classification level. The Associated Press reported about the secret Benghazi-related email in May 2015.
Trump’s campaign seized on the newly released FBI records as evidence of collusion within the Obama administration to protect Clinton.
Trump adviser retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said in a statement that the documents “provide undeniable proof” that Clinton colluded with the FBI, Justice Department and State Department “to cover up criminal activity at the highest levels.” newyork.cbslocal.com...

I believe this file from the FBI's new release proves Bill Clinton lied when he said he never used email, it sais Hillary Clintons server was originally set up for "President Bill Clinton"
Hillary originally saidand Bill went on and proclaimed he never used email in contradiction to Hillarys statements . And it turned out the server did indeed recieve and/or transmit classified information
the server contained private communications between my husband and I, and it will remain private
Also Bill Clinton is the one who actually met with the head of the department of justice prior to the recommendation of no charges, Hillary had classified info on her private server years after she left her position as SOS, so Bill Clinton couldve very well had his own private server with classified information, Hillary Clinton said she only used one device, but they FBI says "there was multiple devices used"I think the evidence that was destroyed physically and by bleach bit implicated Bill Clinton
The scandal of Hillary Clinton’s “home brew” email server, as it is played out over more than a year and a half, has served as a Rorschach test for her supporters and opponents. In her critics’ eyes it’s just another example of the Clinton family taking ethical shortcuts and playing by their own set of fast-and-loose rules; her supporters say it’s another example of the hysterical near-insanity that motivates her attackers in which, after millions of dollars in investigations, congressional hearings, FBI interviews and more, the scandal has amounted to little more than a whopping nothing-burger.
But until last week, the American public had never really had the chance to know how it all happened.
Then, last Friday, the FBI released the final batch of what amount to nearly 250 pages of interview notes and reports collected during the course of its investigation. Agents interviewed officials ranging from former Secretary of State Colin Powell to CIA officers to the IT staffer who first rented a minivan to drive the server from Washington to the Clintons’ home in New York. The files also include the FBI’s forensic investigative process and never-before-seen details of the staff decisions that led to the server, the mechanics of Clinton’s email system, and the confusing and balky State Department processes that led a technophobic Clinton to embrace her own BlackBerry. The FBI interviewed both those who supported her and those who questioned her decisions, as well as plenty of disinterested public servants who had no allegiance or beef with her either way. While the interviews were not technically conducted “under oath” — lying to federal agents is itself a crime, as is obstruction of justice — they do open a uniquely candid window into how the decisions around Hillary Clinton’s email server unfolded. They may be as close to the actual truth as we may ever get.

The FBI's Hillary investigation whitewash:
Docs Expose: State Dept. Colluded to Thwart FOIA Request for Hillary Clinton Emails
The federal watchdog Judicial Watch on Wednesday released 10 pages of State Department records betraying efforts by employees at State to give personal aides to former secretary of state Hillary R. Clinton the heads-up regarding Freedom of Information Act requests that would have revealed Clinton’s extraordinary private email scheme.
At the center of the collusion was attorney Cheryl Mills, who serves as an aide to Clinton, both in private life and during Clinton‘s tenure as America’s top diplomat, according to Judicial Watch, which has used the federal courts to compel release of requested documents from President Barack Obama’s administration. Clinton is the Democratic nominee for president.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told Breitbart News, “This is evidence that Cheryl Mills covered up Hillary Clinton’s email system. She was aware of the FOIA request about Clinton’s email accounts and allowed the response to go out that was a plain lie.”
White House FOIA Abuses Come Back To Haunt Hillary’s Campaign
Clinton campaign press secretary Brian Fallon excoriated the press on Twitter late Monday night for treating the Wikileaks reveal on par with a Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) release, despite Clinton and her State Department’s reluctance to comply with the FOIA process.
The Clinton campaign’s Fallon slapped back at media outlets using the latest Wikileaks email to break stories related to Hillary Clinton’s time in the State Department and on the 2016 campaign trail.
According to the committee report, one FOIA record “obtained by the AP shows a redaction that sheds light on one of the policy’s results. The National Archives and Records Administration FOIA office staff redacted this sentence in every case, except once, by mistake: ‘We live in constant fear of upsetting the WH (White House).’”
ACLJ Files Lawsuit to Unearth Obama State Department Collusion with the Clinton Foundation
By failing to respond to the ACLJ’s FOIA request, the Obama Administration is unlawfully withholding information and yet again flouting its legal obligations under the Freedom of Information Act.

FOIA Docs: Hillary Told 2 Stories on Benghazi Right After Attack
Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was telling two different stories on the reason for the attacks on the U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya less than 24 hours after they occurred, according to State Department documents obtained by Judicial Watch.
The documents, which the conservative watchdog group obtained under a Freedom of Information Act court ruling, contain phone call notes of telephone calls between Clinton and world leaders, including then Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil.
'Absolutely corrupt': State Department convinces judge to delay release of 14,900 new Hillary Clinton emails until AFTER Election Day
-Most of the messages recovered during an FBI investigation into Clinton's classified email scandal won't see the light of day until after Nov. 8
-This is an absolutely corrupt process the State Department has come up with,' Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said
-Fitton's group sued State for the emails, which the agency has had since at least July
- Federal judge James Boasberg ruled Friday that the emails can trickle out beginning Oct. 4 but most of them can wait until long after the election
