Do aliens use the internet?

<<  1    2    3  >>

Topic started on 25-1-2005 @ 12:03 PM by Croat56

Ive always wondered if aliens have ever used AOL or yahoo or something and looked at some of the sights out there to research us. If they really were that interested the internet is the best way to access information. Maybe thats how they found out about us. They accidently got an a-mail or something. Im sure they have some sort of internet of their own. Probably more advanced. I wonder if theyve ever looked at sites like ATS to see what we think about them. If they exhist that is. Could i be right? Have they ever used the internet? Well Earth internt.

My answer is strictly YES!! And I have way enough proof for that, even here on ATS. But it is not a public issue.

Maybe they are spreading the viruses that appear times to times to crash our internet so we can't communicate and send important imformation.

That's an easy way to take over a planet with, no communication, no organisation and complete chaos.

That's an interesting theory.

I think they would be the ones concerned about viruses after watching independence day

Um.....how can we reach them with our viruses if they're home is somewhere else? We don't know where to start as they did in independens day.

Well if they're using our internet then they would be concerned about viruses. Who knows maybe it could collapse they're whole civilzation.

You know what? I can't get scared about an alien that uses AOL. resistance_is_futile@aol.com just isn't going to inspire terror in me.

Yes but our internet is separeated from "theirs" so none of our viruses can reach them. And BTW I think they allready know about viruses.

I think, those aliens are allowed to use the Internet, who are not part of a particular research team in the alien community. E.G: youngs, housewives, students, or those who are experts in different platform than humans, like UFO technology or space exploration.

Just why would the aliens purposely use the Internet, if they can simply chip you, or watch you with high-tech recievers?

Nah, Jeff Goldblum was able to make a Mac computer give the alien mainframe a virus, so I don't buy that separate internet... (kidding of course)

Cheaper and easier than an abduction....and you can see what their friends are saying too! I'd bet those little tracers cost some credits....

Doesn't have to be an alien to access to MOD usernames...

I think there's certainly a better chance of aliens using the Internet than the old "learning our language and culture by watching old TV broadcasts" that is found in almost every sci-fi book of the 60s and earlier.

I just had a though. What if a computer virus was the reason why they crashed at Roswell and other places like Kekhsburg. The virus messed up their computer and it crashed(pun intended).
