Why Trump and the Clintons are NOT criminals...

It's not because both candidates have an army of Ivy League lawyers double checking their every financial move to make sure it is legal, irregardless of if it is shady or not..though I am sure they both do employ an army of lawyers.....

In a nutshell it is because the system is so jacked up. They don't need to break the law to rape and pillage the system...

Insider trading and pay for play are both legal for elected officials..they don't have to commit a crime to get rich. Both things made legal generations ago by other politicians. So they could rape and pillage.

In fact OBAMA pretended to fix the insider trading policy..then reinstalled it in a closed door BIPARTISAN session...

Why would they risk it all on some backroom deal, when it's legal for them to make horribly morally defunct money legally??

Why whould bill or trump rape random some women who doesnt even have proof they met either guy. When they could pay a thousand dollar hooker to play out whatever rape fantasy they wanted.... hell they could almost certainly have some intern do it for free...

There is a lot in what you say, but let me add that as someone who works in law enforcement that for many people, including the rich and powerful the illegality is a part of the thrill, and therefore a part of the motive. Let me give you an example a certain guitarist in a very famous rock band who could have the pick of just about any woman, and get her to carry out all of his desires, regularly consorts with hookers. When asked why he said it was the illegality that gave him that extra thrill he couldn't get any other way.

That is one example of what I am referring to and I can assure you there are plenty of others. It is not restricted solely to the wealthy and famous, you will find it in every strata of society.

No I was not being sarcastic, and nowhere in my post did I say that I thought the behaviour I described was "ok". I chose my avatar because it could be interpreted as making a subtle anatomical reference. The reading, comprehension, and observation skills you have displayed with your response suggest that you may be somewhat younger than the age you asked if I was.

I don't think a consensual romp with a hooker is anywhere near the risk factor of raping some random person.. espeacially when you are famous.which makes it way harder to not leave any witnesses.

Just guessing here, but I bet all the ultra rich psychopaths were know to have sever mental illness and prob inherited their cash...nor were they able to pretend to be normalish while in the public eye.

Cosby is kinda an opposite example..but he had availability, where there is no proof the trump clinton accusers ever even met the president/trump.
