I would like it if you could PROVE that he [Bill Clinton] was NOT impeached. There appears to be incontestable proof that he was.

Waiting.

There is some very interesting verbiage used for those who wish to view the actual statement.

For instance, he only speaks on one device.

What's really disappointing is that even on a conspiracy site, we still have people believing and trusting government.

What's really sad is that people use conspiracy as a crutch so that they don't have to use their brain.

Yes, go to insults. Trust government. Why are you even here if you believe the crap that is fed to you by government?

Conspiracy website

Calling everyone who disagrees with the status quo and questioning authority, a conspiracy theorist who believes in propaganda.

Need I say more?

Because I do enjoy a good conspiracy when it has some teeth to it. Just because one likes to discuss conspiracies does not mean you have to forego critical thought, logic and evidence.

If you find that insulting, perhaps a bit of introspection is in order.

Although we do not have complete visibility because we are not able to fully reconstruct the electronic record of that sorting, we believe our investigation has been sufficient to give us reasonable confidence there was no intentional misconduct in connection with that sorting effort.

Why were they unable to fully reconstruct the electronic record of the sorting?

Bleachbit.

Do you think that program was accidentally downloaded and run on those machines?

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

Why is he reading intent into a statue that does not require intent?

Clinton

She never intended harm and yet the gross negligence portion of the statutes does not require intent.

If there was no wrongdoing, why were 6 people granted immunity?

Why was the 5th invoked so often in the course of this investigation?

People are not granted immunity from innocence nor to they invoke the 5th amendment if they think their testimony will clear things up for them.

There is no more independent prosecutor legislation available under which an special prosecutor could be called and everyone in the current DoJ is on a covering mission rather than one in which truth is to be uncovered.

I hope those people who support Hillary keep right on plodding along wearing those blinders all the way into the pit and when they finally do realize how much they've been mislead that the full weight of all of those lies descend upon them in one fell swoop and that their mind finally cracks under the strain that they must experience upholding their pretty illusion.

Hillary farts rainbows and urinates the golden elixir.

All our nations problems are now solved until the end of time.

You seem to think I care what you think.
I have sources for every claim I've made.
I don't make up anything.

Lol!!

And you've not provided a single source yet for the BS you're posting.

Not one.

Others here on the other hand - myself included - have supplied several.

Whatever - please continue posting your nonsense. It's your credibility here after all. Whatever was left of it anyway.

I will no longer attempt to engage in a dialogue with you. The confidently ignorant astound me, but they will not waste my time or bandwidth once outed.

Have a good day.

I recommend not responding to that poster. They won't be here after Tuesday.

Thanks for the advice.

As you can see from my previous post, I have come to the same conclusion regarding responding to nonsense.

Don't try to change the subject. You intentionally misrepresented what Comey said.

Why is he reading intent into a statue that does not require intent?

Because he knows how those statutes are prosecuted and how the SCOTUS's opinion of it applied. He even said himself that there is no precedence of someone being prosecuted without evidence of intent.

Honestly, I'm astounded that something so simple is so hard for many to understand.

You're correct, the statute doesn't require intent. She has broken that law. The problem is that there is and has been concern that the statute would pass a constitutional challenge. That's why they aren't going to charge her with it, they know she has the resources to challenge it on constitutional grounds and they believe she'd be likely to win.

So why keep that particular law around?

It's still useful as a club for beating people that don't have the means to mount a constitutional challenge.

If Trump does his usual petulant child routine he’ll look like a true dam fool and one who is manipulated like a puppet on a string

if Trump wanted to finally do some good he'd just say for once something truthful like COMEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN INTO THIS

I predict he may just stand down and realize

HE'S FINISHED

Does this mean the Democrats are going to drop their Demands
for an FBI probe ....lol.

Elijah Cummings and John Conyers both ...

Not to mention Tim Kaine and his cohort, and
a few others having meltdowns over how
the FBI was part of the Right Wing conspiracy.
