of all the alleged pictures of ufos the only that has really stuck with me is this one :
www.ufocasebook.com...
taken by a unknow man in 1996 in denver
the witness tried to take a photo of a man painting a monument on the city and acidentally snaped the photo that showed the object
i dont really know the original source
to me the picture is a true unexplained

the only thing that sticks out as fishy to me is if he wasn't trying to take a photo of the UFO, then why is it right in the middle and the man painting he is trying to capture, is almost obstructed by a lamp post and is off to the side. Usually the thing you want to photograph is in the center.

On first inspection it looked like a suspended streetlight , not saying that's what it is just what it looked like.
Here's a closer look.

Photoshopped out. Where's the comparison picture, i.e.: same scene with UFO gone/

Is it just me? Every object in the image is more motion blurred than the oofo. Something is wrong with the shading, too.

I'd agree it doesn't make sense that to supposed subject of the photo is off to the side. At any rate, a very poor quality photo, and the "ufo" does look like the streetlamp in the background. Same shape. lighting etc

Trust you to be looking for a lampost

Anyway, you could try 'pictures of Denver', there's that distnctive building if only because of the red vertical stripe, but then it may not be a stripe at all

I know it's grainy but you can see the lamppost being shopped out at the top of the tree.

Something to add...

Full picture.

Enlarged, cropped and greatly sharpened. Note consistency in light direction.

Contrast and brightness adjusted. No evidence of Photoshop at top of tree to the left of UFO.

Segment adjusted. I cannot see any evidence of Photoshop.

Rense 'Sightings' page

I'm not saying this is a genuine sighting and, according to the article, the photographer took two images, one of which had the ufo to the left of the building. There is no second picture on the site and I cannot find one on the Internet, so we have to maybe be a bit dubious of this one. But, if you are going to make one-line replies and assumptions on this pic, then at least back them up with some kind of evidence.

In my opinion, for what it is worth, the ufo is not the same shape as the streetlight in the background.
