HAARP and their impacts in South Asia

If HAARP can save American lives in battle, I say go for it!
If HAARP can turn desert into productive farming areas, I say go for it!

Yes India should worry and any Country that has agression in its plans in the future, HAARP used as a weapon, if it saves lives yes, use it!
