This site has been behind other hoax stories, I believe a few months back. It was also "under construction" and only had one story at the time. There was some work done on who was behind it but it escapes me now.

If I recall it was done in the hope that right-wing news would run with it and be ridiculed. It's not much of a stretch given the drivel that counts as a source on the news these days.
