What I want for Christmas....

I know it's a bit early, being before Thanksgiving but I'm just curious. What do you want for Christmas?

So I'll go first....

I would like to have ATS back like it was before this election madness took over, when there was a community feeling even thru the ideological differences, when it was fun and enjoyable and you could respect people that you had a difference of opinion with.

Is that to much to ask?

I'll give up my Christmas wish so you can have yours, then we will both be happy.

I want a white Christmas

All I want is to be married to my girl. Nothing else matters.

I've still got my two front teeth, so I'll postpone that request to another year.

I want all of us who were friends or at least acquaintances before the election to at least be civil to each other afterwards.

Also, I want Santa to bring me an ICOM 7300 HF Transceiver. A 600 watt amplifier in my stocking wouldn't be bad, either...

I want to be Christmas a day of Death, War, Purge and Retaliation.

And then for the other 364 days leave each other alone so that everyone can live their own lives how they seem fit.

Not gonna happen I know.

See my kids.

I want a new generator.. and a pygmy or dwarf goat.

I would like that too...and more local investment/involvement/concern from humanity worldwide. If all of us focused on making our own personal communities better, everyday, day by day, this world might be a better place.

I mean..look at the exponential capacity of the internet. Just look at it!.

Now think if all of it's denizens went out into their own real-life committees and did some good....

Some of us do this thankless work already.. hence my wanting a generator and a goat. LOL! If I had SEVERAL goats I could have them pull me around in a chariot to show folks how to not pollute the atmosphere...

Nope.. they drag me around on a chariot.. and I force my husband to make large goatie doors in all of our original centuey old wood doors.. and they are like dogs but named dancer and prancer and donner and vixen.
