It's easy to make compensation comparison on the low levels. Nothing CEO's even do is indistinguishable from their income. The gap in CEO pay is enormous, no one is more inaccurately compensated.

As someone who reports directly to the CEO of a very large, international company I can say that without a doubt what she does is not something the people on the lower rungs of the company can accomplish.
