This is just so emblematic of how completely deluded these so called journalists in our so called free press are. He mocks students for being concerned about the 2nd amendment under Clinton and suggests skepticism about the things Hillary says is absurd. Lastly, he acts stunned when the students agree that the press is completely biased. The lack of self awareness is REAL. I really don't see how the press retains any credibility after this election.

All I have to say is, "Good!"

That's a new generation of kids that are 'awake' early.

I don't think he was triggered, he didn't get angry and start screaming at the kids or go and cry in a corner with a razor blade or anything like that.

He started pointing at them in an accusatory manner then lamented that anyone could not believe what Hillary Clinton says. Is that how objective reporting is done? Or is it a left wing activist who is triggered by things he doesn't want to hear?

It's like this exchange:

Is this an objective reporter or a Democrat activist denying reality for the purposes of propaganda?

It's not the work of an objective journalist, and it's not triggered either.

It's just a political hack calling themselves a "journalist". It is quite regular these days.

I suppose what is and isn't "triggered" is very subjective. He seems triggered to me. He lost control of himself a little bit. Why is he lashing out at kids like that?

I grew up in suburban austin, tx...

In my honors history class my junior year our vice principle gave a lecture on governance…

Back in those days the vice principal was responsible for disciplined so resided in a very authoritative position from which to argue his point...

He argued by persuasively the Marxist philosophy… Which is a very utopian ethos and very difficult to argue against with a limited reservoir of knowledge from which to draw upon...

In any case, being somewhat headstrong at the time the lecture converted into a debate between him and I which ended in a stalemate (not bad for 16-year-old versus a PhD)...
I quite proudly used the Smurfs as his archetypal society and pointed out that we are humans born of ambition and also a society with more than one girl and an elected elder who we follow because we elected him...not because he is old and wears a red outfit…
Those were my final points… lol
Not necessarily proud of them today but I remember that I was 16 and knew more about the smurfs than the Soviet bloc....

Anyhow, teachers(or guest speakers) do this across the country and most children are ill-equipped to argue against them because they do not understand the world as adults do… They're ignorant to the failures of socialism from every corner of the globe…

Good on these kids parents...glad to see some gen exers and millenials raising good kids..

Ok well, for starters, your title is misleading. (Full disclosure I agree with the kids, just not with your or the videos assessment)

I don't see the reporter being "triggered" at all...I see him trying to be reassuring "That wont happen" when dealing with the concern of police coming to the door requesting their firearms, but where is the trigger?

Where is he outright calling anything "absurd"?

Also He doesn't seem "stunned" that they think the media is biased, at least I don't see that....I think he seems stunned by their intellect and ability to process that not everything is what it seems.

"Triggered" is one of those key-words du jour that really needs to find it's way to the deprecation table.

Perhaps.

I consider this pathetic display to be "triggered" personally

Of course, if you want to take another tack and be sensationlist, you could ascribe to the above, that works too.

My faith in humanity has almost been restored. Maybe kids aren't as brainwashed as I thought? Surprised to see how many own guns though. I would like to see the same question asked to kids who don't own guns.

Yea. You know that's a great point, I would love to also see the reverse side of this, the same question put to kids that don't live in a community where hunting is prominent....excellent thought Fly.

First off HE is the one who suggested "police at your door". Second, why is he lecturing them that it won't happen? Is he clairvoyant or is he campaigning for Hillary? This is not how a reporter acts, but it is how a triggered activist acts.

Where is he outright calling anything "absurd"?

"They seem to believe what Trump is claiming and not trusting what Clinton has been saying"

He's implying the absurdity of thinking Hillary is going after the 2nd amendment. Of course Hillary has a long list of quotes and actions suggesting she is a threat the the 2nd amendment, but this trigger activist suggests the opposite is true.
