I expect that if there is no indictment of Hillary Clinton and no indictments related to the Clinton Foundation then the USA will have leapt ahead toward physical dissolution.

Now physical dissolution occurs after actual dissolution of the undergirding reality.

thank god!
i was getting lonely looking beyond the end of my own nose...and not following some asshole.

we should know what consenting to be governed by who and what actually equates to.

i won't be equated to being a criminal if i withdraw my consent to be governed by criminals, or will i?

meanwhile, how are things in the dakotas going today?

am too lazy to start a thread, sorry

Well, that would be separate from her Email probes, and any question of a private server and the consistent handling of classified information, right?

Huh?

So what?? That isn't the point of this thread and it certainly isn't the bigger picture point.

What this thread is about and what all American's should care about is do we want to even consider a candidate for President of the United States that is under multiple separate criminal investigations and where it's been proven thru various means (Wikileaks dumps, etc) that this person has lied to the authorites, cheated her way to the nomination, cheated again during the general election, and the list goes on & on...

And I haven't even touched on the Clinton Foundation investigation which in my opinion is *far* more serious of a problem for Hill, Bill and many others.

I mean, are you all out of your minds?!?

It's gotten to the point that if someone were to hand an actual smoking gun to some of her supporters they'd say something like "Oooh, isn't that a nice shiny object. Now please excuse me as I have some housework to do"

Oh my, another one that has swallowed hook, line and sinker lol... you have to get away from abc, cbs, MSM, lol.. she says what you want to hear, turns around gets caught on camera saying the exact opposite. Women's rights, are you joking. She has destroyed women for even looking at billy bob, let alone what she did to the women he slept with. Criminal justice reform, lol, oh that one is the biggest laugh, You hurt me with that one because I have a hard time getting back up from the floor after i fall down laughing so hard lol. Yea sure, give the justice reform to the criminal lol.

Again, you are a prime example of someone who has swallowed all the BS MSM and HITLERy has been slinging at you. Not to mention all the bodies laying in her and billy boy's wake... but hey, "what difference can they possibly make now" right, they were just human lives... some of whom were completely loyal to them....

Do you honestly think that many people around two people can commit suicide... give me a break.. i have a swamp I would like to sell you, great price.... lol...

Wake up man, plz... you are talking pipe dreams... free college, are you nuts... do you have any idea how much it really cost for higher education... not just what you paid and student loans.. you forget all the actual grants you had and have no idea how much it really cost... there is no way you could give free college...

Now Junior college at the state level, that could be done. By justice reform I assume you mean we need to get back to putting the criminals in jail right, or are you talking black lives matter, cus they don't, ALL LIVES MATTER.. and the actual numbers show that more whites are killed nation wide than any other culture or minority. Or we could talk about my ancestors, native Americans... but you don't really want to go there, I mean they do have the highest of all the bad things, unemployment, drug and alcohol abuse, suicide rates, on and on, not to mention it is ok to use slang like "redskins" and they don't burn the city down...

I mean you are not talking about that justice right.... or are you talking about the justice reform that says people like HITLERy can lie to Congress, along with the CIA director, and not be arrested or lose their clearance and their jobs... you see that is what happens in the real world if they even think you were playing lose with classified documents. I have seen a person lose their job and clearance for leaving a document locked in their car inside a locked brief case while they went inside and got a coffee and was away for five minutes... that is the real world... others were arrested, fined, lost their jobs, reputations.... you don't have to sell them...

And literally, what idiot does not understand, Sec. of State server and email is classified by definition until otherwise deemed so... i don't care if it is your grocery list, until it is stamped it is classified by definition... your an idiot and don't know what your talking about if you think other wise... your just being force fed what MSM and HITLERy wants you to think... if she lied to you she can't be president.

I'm glad someone finally responded to that post-- because those are the actual issues, and we vote based on which candidate we agree with on these issues.

Climate Change
This is a showstopper. Republicans are still in denial. They want to deregulate. They have no priority at all on environment issues or clean energy. Clean renewable energy is a must. Climate Change is a reality. I can't vote for a candidate or party that continues to ignore this.

Women's Rights
Republicans have been relentless in their pursuit to reduce women's rights. For anyone who values those rights, Hillary Clinton is the only way to go.

Universal Health Care
Republicans love to say "Repeal and Replace" but they never take the discussion further than that. Universal Healthcare is the way forward. That's what Obamacare should have been all along. Healthcare for everyone. THAT'S the way forward. Hillary doesn't want to undo Obamacare. She wants to improve on it.

Criminal Justice Reform
So many issues here. It's not just black vs white. Yes, a black person and white person arrested for the same crime-- the black person is more likely to get a stronger sentence. Black people are more likely to get stopped. More likely to get fine. That needs to change. But also we need to end Private For-Profit Prisons. Hillary Clinton has expressed strong support for these issues.

As I said, across the board, Hillary's plans are more progressive, environmentally aware, and benefitting more Americans.... than anything Trump is proposing. Hillary's platform is much more inclusive, much less divisive, and overall a much more positive message.

You can agree or disagree. We all have our vote.

For me, the Trump/Republican stance on Climate Change and Women's Rights alone are deal breakers. Also Trump's stance on torture and his support for targeting and murdering the families of terrorists and his racist/authoritarian ideas like Stop & Frisk are all deal breakers for me.

Umm...she's asking to be *President of the United States* Do you understand what that means and entails? The bar is MUCH higher.

regardless of the office they hold, every american is due their day in court.

Yet she, her staff, and her family are the source of *multiple* criminal investigations. Multiple. Let that sink in for a second.

being investigated is not the same as a conviction. anyone can file any charge against any one at any time. in this case mrs. clinton has been before several committees regarding emails and found not guilty of any wrong doing each time.

at some point congress or the supreme court should step in and put a stop to the re-trial of the same allegations.

You claim Republicans haven't gone beyond repeal and replace. That's not true, but just for sh!ts and giggles... how does Hillary plan to transform Obamacare into universal healthcare?

It would be a matter of putting the 'public option' back into Obamacare. Not an easy thing to pull off since it threatens private insurers and would force them to lower rates to be able to compete with a public option. The best would be 'single payer' where basically health insurance companies disappear altogether... This would be a system like they have in Canada, which is what Bernie Sanders has been pushing for...

No one on the Republican side, including Trump is talking about Single Payer or Public Option. They spin a few words but not one is seriously breaking down a path to significantly lower cost health care. Their snake oil is about opening up competition... Won't change a thing. Not a damn thing. Keeps the private insurers running the show; they've had their chance, prices only go up, don't buy their snake oil. Public Option or Single Payer are the only way to make healthcare truly affordable.

So if you care about that... Hillary is the only option right now. Bernie supporters need to keep her feet to the fire on it. Keep bringing it up, keep it at the forefront. It would be a MAJOR victory against private insurer greed if it ever got implemented.

Ahh, the public option... where the government starts an insurance company that crushes the competition by forcing doctors to work for them for much lower wages.

Like I said... your agenda is criminal.

Utter garbage.

Just because a doctor is not being paid enough to maintain a millionaire lifestyle, does not mean that they are underpaid, and that would be the only real difference between a doctor under private, and a doctor under public provision. What utter tosh.

As with most people who have a problem with a truly socialised medical provision plan, you are simply arguing that the saving of lives is less important than whether money can be made in the doing of it, and THAT is the most criminally minded concept that one could ever hope to come up with!

that's your opinion, and like assholes, everyone has one, and most of them stink.
But if we hung every famous person who was accused without proof of some crime, there would be a lot of dead innocent people out there. Forgive me if I hold off on the lynch party till after the proof is offered. Meanwhile, back at the Clinton Headquarters..........there are many criminal investigations taking place as we speak. Is Trump being investigated by the FBI?

Hillary is a career criminal. We can only hope that there are still a few people in the FBI who haven't been bought yet.

Obamacare with a public option is NOT universal healthcare. Not even close.

I have no desire to defend - or vote for - either of them. And no, that doesn't mean I regard them as morally or existentially equivalent. I tried very hard to persuade myself to vote for what I considered the lesser of two evils (which by definition means I do not regard them as equivalent,) but I couldn't bring myself to do it. It wasn't a flippant dismissal or an easy decision (I genuinely struggled and grappled with it) but it's the one I can live with.

Peace.

Well good, now could you explain that to spiritualzombie and any other Democrat here who thinks a vote for Hillary is a vote for universal healthcare? I wouldn't want folks to get confused. In fact, Obamacare would have to be repealed in order to implement universal healthcare, not "built upon".

Unless of course, the true purpose of the public option is to completely eliminate the competition leaving us no choice but to depend on government run healthcare.

However, it was as close as the republican congress would have allowed to stand under any condition.

Yeah I'm pretty sure Republicans didn't "allow" anything to stand. Not a single Republican voted in favor of Obamacare, that was shoved down our throats by a Democratic Congress. So your comment doesn't make a lick of sense.

And BTW the public option was removed from the final bill after Joe Leiberman threatened a filibuster.
