It's how things used to work until Comey DID release information without having all of it and he DID comment when they didn't have all the facts. Just like you said they don't do.

Yes or more of the same type as those tens of thousands that they already looked at which resulted in them saying there's nothing to prosecute. Yes I fully expect them to be that. To assume anything else is the stretch.

We already know Comey has been on the Clinton's take since 2001, so no point in buying into anything he's spinning.
