Even if it is a hit piece, I noticed the left had no problem with 30+ year stories of Trump touching people a month before elections? What do you call that?

And if you say all that was true, well so is this. We all know she did wrongdoing. She used a forensic cleaner on evidence that was subpoenaed.

Exactly - it should never be forgotten that she deleted thousands of emails after being subpoenaed. That in itself should have been enough for her to be forced out of the race.

there was no law against her deleting her personal e-mails, out of approx. 60,000 e-mails, there were approx. 30,000 personal e-mails. she did it because, IT WASN'T AGAINST THE LAW!

When under investigation, the FBI decides what's personal, you don't get to pick what they see. Sorry.

She made the decision which were personal. She deleted emails we never saw, and neither did the FBI. All after a subpoena. I understand the need to play down what she did, but she has no defence against this. She has been lying from the very start.

Moreover, many of the emails that she deleted were not personal.

The FBI found 15,000 emails Hillary Clinton didn’t turn over. Uh oh.

"The FBI’s year-long investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server uncovered 15,000 more documents from her time as secretary of state that were not previously disclosed by her attorneys. The State Department is expected to discuss when and how it will release the emails Monday morning in federal court.

"The total — confirmed by the Justice Department — was disclosed by a conservative legal group after the State Department said last week that it would hand over the emails. The number to be released is nearly 50 percent more than the 30,000-plus that Clinton’s lawyers deemed work-related and returned to the department in December 2014."

Has Hillary explained this yet ?

They are not in a panic. They just want to see any 'pertinent' emails. There aren't any.

You don't know that and if you do, we're all ears.

BS. The subpoena was to turn over all emails on the server, you don't get to pick and choose.

Come on, you can't be this dumb, you really expect someone who is guilty to turn over the stuff that would implicate themselves if they think they can get away without doing so. And you want to take suspects word for that, you want them to be able to decide what evidence you can use to try them?

Seriously if Hillary announced she was the Loch Ness monster would you believe that too? That would almost be as big of a whopper as all the deleted emails were just about wedding plans and yoga.

You really have to twist things to make her a criminal
The fact that they told her to delete her personal stuff always slips the mind of the right.
She didn't destroy evidence after being subpoenaed.
That's something, another thing, that Trump made up. He invents facts as he goes along.

It is NOT "reopened." By your own obvious definitions, it would have to have been officially closed, which it was not. That is SOP for investigations like this.

Hard to tell...

Attorney General: Hillary Clinton Email Case Is Closed

July 6, 2016

Attorney General Loretta Lynch, accepting the recommendation of FBI Director James Comey and others in the Department of Justice, is formally closing the investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server without bringing any criminal charges.

She will also accept that it is now -RE-OPENED. She took his recommendation and will take it again. Shove it down her thick fat throat. Game back on.

No Trump did not make it up.
The evidence that the server was wiped after subpoena is circumstantial but there is evidence nonetheless. Remember the reddit questions from the man who was in control of Hillarys server at Platte rivers systems? There was obviously something there if FBI brought him back in for mure questions.

Loretta Lynch should step aside and not be involved in any decision to indict Clinton. In fact, after pleading the 5th on questions relating to the Iran cash for hostages deal, she should resign.

Conclusions were made by Director Comey that in his Opinion , as the Head of the F.B.I. in his Testimony to the Congressional Committee in July 2016 , that he could not Recommend an Indictment at that Time according to the Evidence he Collected in the Hillary Clinton E-Mail Case . With that Statement , his part in the Investigation was Officially Closed Pending any Further Revelations Pertaining to that Case . It was then up to Congress and the DOJ to Decide if Hillary's E-Mail Case was worthy of Further Investigation . With the New Revelations of Evidence just Disclosed from Electronic Devices owned by Anthony Weiner and his estranged wife Huma Abedin, Clinton's top aide, the Reopening of the Case was Considered Warranted by Director Comey . To my knowledge , that is what transpired .

Oh my word.

It turned out that Keilar’s assumption was accurate. The 31,830 personal emails that Keilar asked about were deleted “sometime between March 25-31, 2015,” according to the FBI. That was about three weeks after Clinton received a House subpoena on March 4, 2015

Um, it's not circumstantial, Hillary has admitted deleting the emails. Her excuse is the same as her sycophants, they were personal emails and the FBI/congress had no right to see them, which is of course horses**t.

PolitiFact Sheet: Hillary Clinton’s email controversy

Let’s take a look at the timeline of relevant events, according to the FBI report. (The most pertinent information is on pages 15-19 of this document.)

Feb. 1, 2013: Clinton serves her last day as secretary of state.

July 23, 2014: The State Department reaches an agreement with the Benghazi committee about producing records for its investigation into the 2012 attack on a U.S. embassy in the Libyan city.

Oct. 28, 2014: The State Department sends an official letter to Clinton’s staff requesting "emails related to their government work." Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, and aide Cheryl Mills oversaw the review of Clinton’s email archives to produce work-related documents to the department.

Dec. 5, 2014: Clinton’s team provides 55,000 pages of emails, or about 30,000 individual emails, to the State Department. Mills tells an employee at Platte River Networks, which managed the server, that Clinton does not need to retain any emails older than 60 days.

March 2, 2015: The New York Times breaks the story that Clinton used a personal email account while secretary of state.

March 4, 2015: The Benghazi committee issues a subpoena requiring Clinton to turn over all emails from her private server related to the incident in Libya.

Between March 25-31, 2015: The Platte River Networks employee has what he calls an "oh s---" moment, realizing he did not delete Clinton’s email archive, per Mills’ December 2014 request. The employee deletes the email archive using a software called BleachBit.

March 27, 2015: Clinton’s lawyers send a letter to the Benghazi committee saying that the State Department already has the relevant emails, as they were included in the Dec. 5, 2014, turnover.

Trump’s timeline is correct. The congressional subpoena came on March 4, 2015, and an employee deleted the emails sometime after March 25, 2015, three weeks later.

However, the implication — that Clinton deleted emails relevant to the subpoena in order to avoid scrutiny — is unprovable if not flat wrong.

www.politifact.com...

My question is did the Platte River employee do the delete on his own because it was forgotten, or did he contact the Clinton people and verify it should still be done. But I can see his concern over asking since it was to be done when the time period elapsed and he would have not performed his task on time.

Trump talked about rigged election.

Comey just rigged the election in his favor.

Trump is going around squealing like a pig in delight.

If people don’t see his true nature them whatever he as president will wrought is deserving

If people don’t see *Hillarys* true nature then whatever *she* as president will wrought is deserving.

It always makes more since this way.
