I am writing regarding your public statement in July, 2016 informing the American people that the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton was being closed without referring it to a Federal Grand Jury or the Attorney General of the U. S. for a decision whether or not to indict her. Strangely, you eloquently laid out enough of the evidence deduced from the investigation to strongly indicate there was abundant evidence uncovered during the investigation and interview of her to not only indict but to convict her in Federal Court.­­­­­­­ ­­­­­­However, you personally re-worded and soft-pedaled the actions she took as Secretary of State describing her actions as "extremely careless” in using a personal email and un-secured server.

Sorry, but NO SIR, MS Clinton was not merely careless or extremely careless. She was not even negligent or grossly negligent (as the statute requires). Hillary Clinton was knowingly purposeful in her decisions and actions to set up a server under her exclusive control and possession in order to control what information was available to the American public and Congress regarding her actions as Secretary of State. Furthermore, she took those government owned communications into her personal possession after leaving her position and knowingly and willingly attempted to destroy them so her nefarious actions could never be known or used as evidence of her corrupt moral character against her

The authors name is Hugh Galyen and is a retired FBI Special Agent with over 20 years and also tours in Afghanistan.

The article gives a scathing rebuke to Comey's decision to SOP in regards to Clinton.

Although I haven't researched him, at least he isn't just a media source dubbed "high ranking official".

The narrative is beyond a joke and has transcended into blatant disregard for the law, or even trying to appear to follow such.

Most people I know already knew all of these things, which made it even more stunning to see the arrogance and gullibility of her supporters, trying to defend her against what has always been so blatantly obvious. A willful and determined effort on her part to criminally hide and abuse the laws written to prevent these abuses, but she knowingly did them anyways, to the point of obscenity. She should be convicted and then decapitated for good measure.

True, however, most people are not retired FBI Special Agentss. This would kind of validate the so called "internal strife" that exists within the FBI after Comey gave Hilary a pass back in July.

Not sounds, but is. And Hillary fits the bill "pun not intended"

He is right, there are only a few reasons to use a personal email server hosted in your own home. The main reason is that you know with absolutely certainty where every copy of your email is saved, and you can easily delete them, and control all your incriminating evidence, because you control the hardware.

If you use a cloud based email provider there is no telling how many hard drives your email is saved to, especially when most server providers use RAID configurations that mirror hard drives for redundancy, and keep backups. That makes it quite difficult to fully hide and or delete all your incriminating evidence, because you don't own or control the hardware.

Unfortunately, the Presidential Elections may be suspended, and nation-wide Martial Law may be imposed. This may sound farfetched, but it may not be as vain as you think! This election is about slavery on various levels, but we will reveal two.
1. The battle between Hillary Clinton, and her forces, along with Donald Trump, and his forces, isn't good for any American. African Americans, Native Americans, and latinos, really need to take heed to this.
2. Hillary's mission is to bring forth a New World Global Order which shall enslave over 93% of the earth's population. This will involve roundups, taggings, storage, and, at some point, cannabalism. Humans will not be permitted to live in the NWO.
3. Donald Trump's mission will empower white supremacists world wide. They are working behind the scenes to see to it that the world is ran by white supremacists. The "Make America Great Again" motto or mantra has never benefitted African Americans, Native Americans, nor latino Americans. And it will never benefit them! See: Genesis 15: 13, where it states that Abram's seed (so-called African Americans) would be slaves for 400 years. 15:14, and afterwards they will come out with great possessions. 15:16, for the iniquities of the Amorites (many tribes of caucasians in American, and in Russia, who are white supremacists) is not yet complete. Minorities better realize that white supremacists are millionaires and billionaires, taking part in this global takeover. They also were behind genetic experiments throughout the 1980's and the 1990's where certain genes were tooken from minorities, along with alien DNA, and was fused with caucasian DNA, in order for them to try and out due every other race on the planet. Where they were weak, and made mistakes, the weaknesses were corrected, and the mistakes were genetically removed. And this new race has no love for minorities. Their gods are beings from Pleaides and Aldebaran. Much of their activity is tied into Oklahoma. Their plan, over 20 years ago, involved convicting at least 82% of the black and latino population of felonies, just so they could fade them out of society, and they could rule because they would have all the money, jobs, and businesses! We have traveled to many hospitals, nation-wide, and found that blacks are being murdered by the thousands. The Nordics are either giving them the wrong medication, the wrong diagnosis, or more. About 55 hospitals within the past 6 months, around the U.S., has received African American patients with bleeding ulcers. When the patients came in complaining, the so-called doctors told them that the blood would pass. Hundreds have died from these evil conclusive determinations! And they are hiding behind COBRA, in the event someone tries to sue them. Even nurses have confirmed that blacks were being injected with mysterious liquid that doctors kept from them. Several nurses swear that diabetes in the black communities is being doctored. Now back to Hershey, Pa. In Hershey, many many people support Donald Trump, and 99.9% of them are racist, or prefer all races being rule under caucasian leadership. Many, along with Derry Township police, and police in Silver Springs, vow to take part in strange activities if the Presidential Election doesn't go as planned. Blacks living in Hershey, and at every hotel and motel, is under strict surveillance.
Before Dr. Ben Carson became the presidential candidate, he mentioned on Alan Colmes radio show there may not even be elections in 2016; when pressed to explain further, Dr. Carson said:

“If in fact we continue to have all these decrees being made the way they’re being made, if in fact we don’t fight the kind of war that needs to be fought in order to really put an end to the threat that is brought on by ISIS, if we continue along a pathway of financial irresponsibility, if we continue along a path of envy, greed, and hatred — what happened with Occupy Wall Street will be a cakewalk compared to what will begin to happen in this country.”

Fears of martial law in the United States saw a swift resurgence last year, when information was leaked to the media regarding the military drill code named ‘Jade Helm 15’, which included an estimated 10,000 soldiers, including special operations units, infiltrating and operating around cities in the American south. When martial law was not declared, there were a number of people who were ready to pounce on conspiracy theorists for saying that it would happen. Martial law is “a system of complete control by a country’s military over all activities, including civilian, in a theoretical or actual war zone, or during a period of emergency caused by a disaster such as an earthquake or flood, with the military commander having dictatorial powers … In many foreign countries martial law has become a method to establish and maintain dictatorships either by military leaders or politicians backed by the military.”

In America, martial law must be called for by the President, who would then suspend most, if not all, of our constitutional rights, and only the President would be able to reinstitute our constitutional structure and declare an end to martial law. The Obama administration has very quietly and subtly done many inexplicable things that could very well be precursors to the suspension of some, if not all, of Americans’ constitutionally protected civil rights. Results of relentless inoculation intelligence operations and agitprop have now created an overall attitude in the country where we consider human civil rights as a sympathy-based concept. Americans of conscience should be justifiably outraged over the behavior of their government. We are now beginning to feel the encroachment of pathological leadership, which exists across the United States. However, we are at a loss for what can be called, healthy social cohesion. We are now defining ourselves by what we are against, rather than what we should stand for. We value the ability to shame people rather than to help people understand differing points of view. The battles we seek are not really battles at all but contrarian countering of people we think have unpopular viewpoints. We see it as an act of defiance to those who we think are irrelevant in the social strata.

We are now a society predisposed to warfare and we no longer show sympathy to the innocents that have died due to police brutality, shootings and government overreach. No one in the mainstream media will expose this or even pinpoint its cause. Nor will the media attempt to cure the underlying sickness. It will all be perpetuated for the furthering of the police state and the encouragement of the predatory state that America has become. It all is contributing to the blueprint for a full-bore military infiltration that has prompted the foregone conclusion that our leaders want to make the United States the next battlefield. In programs first outlined in the 1980’s, the United States Military Training and Doctrine Command has warned that urban areas become safe havens and support bases for terrorists, insurgents or criminal organizations. According to Training and Doctrine command pamphlet 525-3-1, The Army Operating Concept, describes how future Army forces conduct operations abroad and on the home front as part of the joint force to deter conflict, prevail in war, and succeed in a wide range of contingencies in the future operational environment. It describes the employment of Army forces in the 2016-2028 timeframe with emphasis on the operational and tactical levels of war. The Army also believes in something called “full spectrum” operations, which require the military to prepare for internal campaigns against radicalized American citizens: The US Army Training and Doctrine Command continues by stating, there will be if necessary, “full spectrum operations” in the coming two decades: “In case of large scale civil unrest the military will provide offensive, defensive, civil support operations on U.S. soil.”

If you do not believe that ‘Battlefield America’ is coming, then perhaps you should examine the reports of the human material being sifted out in battlefield-type shootouts in neighborhoods across the country. New, harsh methods of enforcement are brought on by militarized police who take on a “take no prisoners” attitude in the communities they serve. When we hear the tragic stories in which “overreach” replaces the rule of law, we have to ask ourselves if living in America is as safe and free as we once believed. Eventually, we will be seeing increased militarism and authoritarianism at home. A redesigned Authorization for Use of Military Force bill has been sped through the senate that good very well is the writ of martial law that many people have feared. The Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), written by Sen. Lindsey Graham, essentially declares martial law on the entire world, including within the United States – all in a supposed effort to combat ISIS. Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, has fast tracked the bill through the Senate. This reworded bill would give President Obama the authority to deploy ground troops anywhere on the planet, for any length of time, including U.S. cities. Senator McConnell invoked Senate Rule 14, which allows the bill to bypass referral to a Senate committee, and be placed directly on the Senate Calendar of Business.

According to the Supreme Court, there is no precise definition for martial law, but it is generally accepted among experts that martial law is in effect when the military or police restrict freedom of movement. The White House put forth a draft AUMF last year that fizzled and died in the Republican-held Congress. Graham’s proposal differs in that it contains no limitations on the potential to send “boots on the ground” and gives Obama and future presidents an open-ended time frame to conduct the fight. This is most certainly a bill that would create an enduring war footing for the entire world and bring the battle to the homeland if need be. As for the lack of a time limit, there’s no reason the authorization couldn’t be renewed if there wasn’t one. That would force Congress to hold debates every few years over where and how the president is carrying out the fight against ISIS and, if necessary, to expand or limit his or her authority going forward. Without any time constraints, there’s not much point in having an authorization at all, given the White House is already conducting combat operations in Iraq and Syria without one. It appears to be a vague attempt at enacting war powers to the president. Think of how incredibly dangerous this sounds. If Lindsey Graham is a co-sponsor you know for sure it’s an unmitigated disaster for liberty. Obama will be able to order troops into any country to fight ISIS and other threats; even the United States. This is where the conspiracy theorists will get their martial law and suspended elections.

We know that details are only speculative at this point, the new bill if passed will most certainly give Obama the power to easily levy a form of martial law in the country, but the question is, will he? The Obama administration has very quietly and subtly done many inexplicable things that could very well be precursors to the suspension of some, if not all, of Americans’ constitutionally protected civil rights. Some say that civil upheavals in Ferguson and Baltimore have prompted Obama into seeking a “civilian national security force.” On July 2, 2008 at a campaign stop, President Obama made the following unscripted statement: “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” The fear of terror is making us stupid. Acceptance of the idea that we all live in a war zone is the result of programming. Those who we see as enemies are also a product of programming. Today, you are eight times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a so-called criminal (who they call blacks and latinos), or terrorist. So by over-reacting, we are causing real, substantial and lasting damage to our country. This government and its penchant for martial law will definitely succeed by public consent. So will the police state. The way to kill fear is to refuse to be afraid. The way to eliminate terror is to refuse to be terrorized. To stop the war zone at home, we must refuse to believe that everything is remedied by brute force. The biggest casualty of war is truth. There is no truth, nor justice in the new and enduring American war.

Most likely, this Retired FBI Agent was mirroring the thoughts and emotions of many active agents he keeps in contact with. They're just either scared, or prohibited from talking to their boss in that manner.

It would be WONDERFUL if Comey's people would find enough evidence within the e-mails for an indictment of Hillary in the next few days. There's no need to go through all 650,000 before announcing it, if the proof of criminality is located at e-mail number 202, or 925, or 3,128. He can announce, even as his staff continues on their way to the 650,000th e-mail.

From a community that is a conspiracy website that is supposedly anti authoritarian, to be so hell bent on hating Clinton because she was careless with classified material.

I get the hate that she's corrupt, I get the hate that she's a liar and elitist, all of those things. But I personally don't believe that guy from the NSA that was taking his work home with him should be locked up either, I sincerely hope he isn't. If they want to bring Clinton up on corruption charges, I'm all for it, if they want to allege that money has been illegally influencing politics, then yes please, charge her and anyone else who has been guilty of that. If she gets brought down on handling classified material and not the other stuff it actually goes well to cement the negative authoritarian ways in which America has been heading without ameliorating any of the corruption, when there is the opportunity to do just that.

I can't speak for everyone but I can speak for me. I don't have a personal vendetta against Clinton but I do loathe what she represents.

It's hard to truly see how someone really feels long term on this site because ATS doesn't save or archive out thoughts here. As such, I could only imagine what left leaning liberals think about my posts over the past 8 years. That said, all the old school posters on the hard conservative side are the ones I agree with now.

The reason being, I can see past the left v right paradigm's that percolate all over this website. The moment you think one side is better than the other you're already wrong.

I thought George Bush was hands down the worst president in our history. The direction we've been since then only validates that concern. Yet, I fell for "Change we could believe in". How's that working out?

Now we have her. Have you read about her past? She reflects what is wrong with this nation and the 2-faced double speak where we abide by one set of rules while the strengthen themselves by doing, acting and behaving the exact opposite.

There is one thing no one can ever take from you, and that is your integrity.

They can torture you, beat you, abuse you, bully you, hate you, expose you to hunger, thirst, hard labor, strip you naked, put you before a firing squad.
