My theory? Lust for power. Huma does not care what the Weiner does, as long as he stays stupid. A stupid husband/"beard".
Meanwhile she and Hillary do whatever to gain power and favors. The child is to "prove" the marriage is "real".
Remembering that Huma was very involved with radical Islam for years.

I have the same theory for why Hil overlooked all of Bill's dealings.
