All an "indictment" means is that someone will stand trial. RIGHT? It doesn't mean they are GUILTY... does it???

Thank you!!!

Just to clarify, does Lynch have to be the one to determine an indictment?

A Grand Jury determines an indictment.

Then the target gets arrested and arraigned.

Then they make a plea bargain or go to trial.

Who determines if a Grand Jury is warranted?

(Thanks, by the way)

I didn't say there were no facts to Clinton's emails.

But, as of yet - - - no criminal charges.

I do say this is the same technique to discredit - - - as the Swift Boaters used for Kerry. Those accusations were manufactured.

Absolutely true.

But wait & see....and it won't be long.

And it won't be just Hillary.

And it won't be just Hillary.

There you go. Absolutely!

I just lived too long to fall for "over hype". I'm more of a pragmatic prove it to me.

Annee I'll be the first to apologize if this is overhyped, but sadly it looks like the people talking about a major event and revelations related to Hillary are no lightweights. Ex Asst. Director of the FBI, well-connected and experienced ex intel Dr Steve Pieczenick, Mayor Giuliani, NYPD sexual victims unit and more. I'd be surprised if nothing happens within the next 2 weeks. If it doesn't you'd be vindicated and be right about the overhype. I hope you are right as the rumors that are related to Hillary are really vile. Rumors that would set this country in turmoil.

It means there is enough evidence to go to trial. All we've heard was that there was nothing there from Thr Hillary campaign, isn't it? Must be another lie.

So Step #1, the FBI can only recommend and indictment. What's step #2?

There were decisions made to take down certain mideast countries. 9-11 was the public support to put into action.

After Bush, those plans were still being carried out but when something goes wrong, the current administration is at fault, whether the case is justified or not. All of those plans will not go as planed.

Overthrowing governments and offensive military action is fine, as long as it goes well.

Look at Iran-Contra. Bush pardoned all the big players.

It's called partisan politics.

Isn't lobbying Congress as polite pay to play operation in many ways.

Here's the bottom line. Comey said that Hillary is too dumb to know when she's breaking the law, violating security protocols, etc.. So, NATURALLY she doesn't KNOW that she did anything wrong. That's why she adamantly believes she is innocent. (The REAL Hillary was on display when she was looking at the balloons falling.. OK?)

The FBI can request one but the Department of Justice can overrule the request.

Been rumored that the FBI will go public with its findings if the request isn't granted.

Megyn Kelly (who I dislike and usually avoid her show, but I am trying to get info from all sides right now)....
just said something about hidden video regarding the split between the FBI and the DOJ.
I am intrigued.
She said its coming up next.

And if that happens and Hillary wins the election, then we sit in the middle of a constitutional crisis. Can the Congress move to impeach before the president even gets seated? What would the country think if Obama pardons someone like Hillary so she can take office? Wouldn't this make it clear that our own internal government is now at war with itself?

Are we then looking at a more overt Civil War within the actual populace at large?

How does that benefit Trump? Does it demonstrate a dysfunctional Democratic Administration?

IMO, the only things relevant between now and Tuesday night are those that DIRECTLY help Trump or hurt Hillary.

She says this is the source:
Secret Recordings Fueled FBI Feud in Clinton Probe
It requires a subscription to read that one.

It shows the actual split in the mechanisms of our own government. There have been increasing rumors of a silent coup/counter coup taking place now between the faction that wants to seat Hillary and is connected to the Foundation and the one that actually likes the country (not a Trump faction, just honest citizens).

Yes.

But here's the wild card - the NYPD. If the crimes also broke state laws (i.e. NY) DOJ has no say. Local NY DA makes the call.

NYPD Intel division answers to no one but Tom Selleck...umm...I mean the Police Commissioner.

*That's* why everyone is scrambling.

Sha-na-na-na, sha-na-na-na, hey, hey, hey - goodbye.
