Also - Dems are suing Trump and the RNC in 4 states (swing states) stating the drive for people to watch the polls are "voter intimidation. Whats significant about the 4 states? Their largest cities have high number of minority voters. A counter argument is the Democrats in these states have allowed people who are ineligible to vote to actually vote.

Trump / RNC were doing monitoring in all states.. Suspiciously enough Dems only have issues inthe swing states... I wonder why?

Better to actually research and look at the tax returns. Start here... there are links to documents that will help you understand the giant cash cow for the elites that the foundation really is.

I believe the Federalist is correct. The CF only gives a small percentage to charities because the CF is a "boots-on-the-ground" operation.

Instead of giving other charities money to go out and do the work, they do it themselves.

Edit: But I believe factcheck is correct that almost 90% of the money they collect is spent on charity or CF projects, not on salaries and such.

That is correct - so claims of the exact percentage that goes to real charitable work is not possible.
This arrangement does make it very easy to hide cash in operational expenses, however.

EDIT to address your EDIT : Factcheck has no basis for making that claim. It's ok to believe it's 90%. I can't prove your belief wrong. But I could just as easily say I believe it is more like 10-15%.

Intent is not an element to be charged under 18 USC 793 (F). Comey added that element.

So far there is enough evidence to prosecute people though and the info thus far (Wikileaks) does establish intent for the espionage charge that doesn't need intent.
