In terms of Hillary's voters, I want to believe that anyone voting for her is doing so because she is a woman. It pains me to think that anyone can have a logical reason for voting for her. I refuse to believe there is that much evil in the world.

So just the "idea" of a policy wins a vote, but actions don't matter. Perhaps it's more fun to "imagine" a good thing being done than to ever actually experience it for some.
