In Guantanamo Bay, confirmed on monday, that between Aug. 18 and Aug. 26, that 23 terror suspects tried to hang or strangle themselves. Why the military has waited to confirm this on Janurary 24, 2005 was not given.

Ok, why did they just ell us now? Why didn't this comeout before the election? Why did they wait till now to confirm a story almost 2 years old? Doesn't make sense.
