The battle had raged into the coming of the cold dark night. The Elf quickly looked to Swan. "Do anything in your power to stop the
darkness invading our realm, you need no orders Sir. There are many great leaders amongst us, follow who you will." She stepped forward toward the all
powerful entity threatening their existence and that of their beloved realm. With narrowed eyes she addressed Aurgylmir. What kind of demon King has
minions beneath him who brings you no pride and cannot defeat their opponents ? The Accasians have faced fierce battles with much courage, strength,
bravery and power before and rose victoriously. We have no intentions of doing any less now.
Her comrades gathered closer. Every man, magical being and creature, every sentient living thing that existed throughout the lands stood ready to face
whatever they had to in order to save their sacred realm and each other. Night Star turned to the sea of Accasians that stood side by side, weapons
raised, razor sharp teeth and claws at the ready, magic makers gathering great forces of power and light. She raised her head high, smiled then slowly
nodded her head. "It is time."
The force of wind and snow fell fast, covering the frozen earth. It whipped their hair and clothes about. Flashes of colored lights and mist filled
the darkened sky. They had ancient magic and battle skills comparable to none. They were tenacious and would stop at nothing.
In a wild rush of war cries, they advanced toward the demon King and his followers. Beasts racing like the wind, some with riders upon their broad
backs, muscles rippled beneath taught skin, their only thoughts were of victory. Night could hear the screams of the fallen and wounded that lay in
pools of crimson blood. Even in the throes of war, her compassion was deep. She thought of their sacrifice and wondered of the families they would be
leaving behind. It only made her more determined to win the raging war against the black hearts that invaded. Suddenly a rider was beside her. It was
Garren the forest boy turned King. He was still so very young and she feared for his safety.
A dark shadow enveloped the young man and the Elf screamed. "GARREN NOOOO!" When the shadow lifted, the young man was laying motionless upon the
ground. Her heart was heavy and sorrow filled her entire being. Through fallen tears she ran ahead, sword gleaming in the moonlight, slashing at any
entity that approached. She turned and lashed out at the demons behind, aside or ahead of her with all the rage of a Mother who lost a child to a
heartless predator. Through the chaos she tried to defend a companion here or there who was in trouble. Night tried to scan the crowd for Wolf and
Hugo, but they were nowhere to be found.
Glancing up she saw the night sky filled with beating wings of mighty dragons and spotted Storm who swept down to reach her. She quickly climbed upon
his back. They angled upward and Storm unleashed a stream of fire at the hordes of demons below.
