The report does not indicate any money was unaccounted for, much less that $6 billion.

Some contract documents were not immediately available upon request. That does not mean they were missing. Other inconsistencies in the handling of contract documents were found. Contract documents are not accounting documents. Contract documents are bid documents and subcontract documents and insurance documents.

Of course, if you had read the actual report you would know that.

It mentions 2 billion just missing in Iraq contracts now you could argue some if this was during bush and it was but it wasn't corrected when clinton took over either. The IG report mentions Bureau of African Affairs that money is flat out missing since they don't have contracts to explain where the money is and why.
