Help needed uploading image file

The jpeg uploads fine but does not appear in my ATS picture library. I was wondering if it might be too large. ( 1714x2421 pixels, 4.51MB)
Or could it be because the library album has reached it storage capacity. Thanks in advance.

Make it much smaller--there's no need for an image that you upload here to be any wider really than 1000px max, and 72dpi. If you have Photoshop, use the 'save for web' option when saving and the file size will be even smaller. I'm quite certain that there is a file-size limit, and it's relatively small, so you really need to bring that file size down.

I usually keep my images down to about 800px wide.

Too large mate , not sure of the max size but it's bellow 1 meg I believe.
