Strange Object In Thunderstorm. UFO? HARRP?

Why does he keep waving the phone around like that if he is trying to capture this phenomenon?

That's struck me as fairly odd...

Smacks a little of "I am going to just film som sky here and then we shall add some fun stuff later..."

Also, isn't there someone walking in front of the camera at one point without even commenting on this strange thing in the sky?

I also suspect the panning, however there are some fairly good in-camera image stabilization available, especially in Nikon's , even the low end. Is it possible that the panning anomaly is in the camera?

I looked at some of the lightning flashes and noticed that after some of them, the white orbs in the rim of the ring seemed to get a little brighter. This could be an AGC effect in the camera, but it is there. Frame areas 1:56, 2:01(out of focus),22:29 and 2:43 all show this to some degree.

Also, the white orbs are perfectly centered, 3 across, in the beginning of the video, but near these frames after 2:00, they seem to get skewed to the right. Just a few observations some may not have noticed.

I went back and looked for your observations and you are right. Maybe the lights moving is an indication of something actually being there in the sky, I'm unsure. For me, the disabling of comments underlines my suspicion that it may be a fake as, while it rules out any criticisms, it also prevents corroboration of any kind.

I have taken numerous videos and pictures of the exact same thing to joked with my friends that I have captured pictures and videos of an alien ship.

It is actually a picture/video of mystic lake casino in shakopee, Minnesota...
On cloudy days or rainy days with a regular cellphone and from certain angles (depending on where you are located) you will never see the trail of beam leading up to the clouds but you will see the circular punchholes with lights ... When I first saw these lights I almost crashed my car out of excitement ... But unfortunately they were beams coming off the top of a casino.... A very good call and I have searched but not found any showing the reflection of the lights on a cloud. That is not to say that there aren't any available. If the poster on YouTube lives in the area, then you would think that he is aware of this lighting display. Maybe he is and is trying to pass it off as an unknown.

Could be what is occurring. Having known what happens with many black projects, I would not be surprised. The world is a mad place full of power hungry information scavengers that love not letting us know what they are up to.

Interesting subject anti-matter, starting to seem that our wish to travel at the speed of light or rather. Bending space to fit our needs is getting closer and closer, that is. Publicly known. Im sure they already have achieved various things of this magnitude.

I'm almost positive the original poster on YouTube knew exactly what he/she uploaded and like you stated, passing it as something unknown. That's probably one of the reasons why they blocked the comment section on this particular video.

Also, I sent my friends the video and they laughed at me for attempting to hoax them into believing there's an alien mothership in the sky once again and brought up the fact that I need better videos. They thought it was the same video I've previously recorded in Minnesota as an alien spaceship prank. Which they believed until, of course I shown them a selfie with the casino and the lights in the backdrop. Wish I didn't delete those pictures.
