I think he is insinuating his intent to go after the media outlets.

I've dealt with some folks with his kind of wealth...suing is how they resolve things with people. He made it very clear the media is the focus of his ire. I just think he'll go after media, and maybe some SuperPACs, too.

Im not very happy with the way media operates in general. The majority of this likely relates to the government now being legally able to run psyops on the American public using media collusion (like it wasn't going on all along in a "pay to play" leveraging access for complicity). I would welcome a deep public examination of the way media and government (and quasi government, like the DNC/RNC) interact.

And you don't think that foundation has already been undermined? We have a press that is all but another arm of the establishment politicians.

The press likes to accept the title of being 'the fourth branch of government'.
Lately... the national media seem to fit in real well with Washington politicians..... corrupt a-holes.

My answer is a big, resounding. . . "So what?"

If he accepts the results or not, it won't change anything.

All the republicans had to do was put out someone who is worthy of the office . And hillary would be down 20 points right now.

But no. You put out Donald Trump.

....and expected to win.

Which is just mind boggling to me that someone who buzzed off Vince McMahon's hair at Wrestlemania is considered worthy of the white house. Proof is in the puddin' as they say. All the emails have done is show how BADLY the Clinton camp WANTED trump to be the opponent. And who can blame them? He takes all the attention away from her egregious mistakes and shines it all on his.

All very fair points.

The guy at the top of the losing ticket saying it though could be an historical tipping point, particularly given his divisive rhetoric so far and the middle finger his supporters like to fly high.

That's not to say he shouldn't let the process play out and pursue any avenue for contesting legitimate voting irregularities but...when the time comes, he should do the stand up thing.

He might go after the media, and even that will be a farce... Why?.... I have two words for ya... Trump Television. That's alllllll this war against the media is really about. Future ratings for a future channel.

You'll get no argument from me about the asshattery of the Electoral College but what most are concerned with is the peaceful transition of power, once the dust settles.

I don't see anything wrong with Trump's wait-and-see approach. As with anything else, if there are accusations of fraud or some other type of problem on election night, lets examine the evidence and go from there. Likewise, I agree with those who bring up the Al Gore example from 2000 and, in Trump's place, I'd have made a point of bringing that up in my answer last night.

How in the holy hell can we get rid of the electoral college? This and term limits are the two changes we need no matter what.

All the republicans had to do was put out someone who is worthy of the office .

It would have been nice if the Democrats would have found someone worthy too.

Unfortunately we were left with a democratic socialist ( I dont care what any poll says, Trump would have destroyed Bernie), Jim Webb and Martin O Malley.

It was by far the dem's weakest field probably EVER. But again, she at least can be trusted not to say " Nuke em" And change her mind 10 minutes later when its too late. It really gets that simple.

ETA Lincoln Chafee.. But the fact I had to ETA him explains him in a nutshell

Exactly you are proving my point. Had the people voted for an establishment republican, he could have easily won. Heck the press would have been far more fair to that person even.

This is the whole point. People are tired of these establishment types. Sure someone like Paul Ryan could have won. And then he would have been another voice for nation building, siphoning wealth the the elites, and ignoring the voices of the normal people, just like Hillary will be.

Thats why I was cheering for Bernie and Trump to win the primaries; even though I didn't agree with either of them completely, it was clear the establishment didn't want them.

So I guess what you are saying here is that this should teach people a lesson, if you ever want to win an election, you must back an establishment puppet. If you actually hope for real change, then you are a moron that deserves to lose.

No. Youre making fair points but then expounding on them with irrationality.

What Im saying is... And honestly.... This could save our democracy.

Even if Hillary wins( yes Im reluctantly voting for her as a moderate liberal myself).. Im ready to vote for someone new in 2020. Just give me someone who isnt unhinged. I think there is A LOT of common ground between Trump supporters and reluctant Hillary voters. If Trump loses, and his most ardent dont try and burn DC to the ground, I could see the populace coming together and rising as one.

Im in. Just dont give me someone that has the temperament of a 6th grader, thats all Im asking. Im begging.....

In my opinion, neither party fielded any good candidates in the primaries.
Absolutely the WORST crop of candidates EVER!

At several points last night she gave responses to questions that were insightful and seemed to be very genuine. I commented several times that if i had to choose between the two, she'd likely be the choice just based on her composure and seeming compassion for humanity.

See now... this is how we start to find out common ground. I really feel like there can be a coming together on this. Even with Hillary winning. I dont think Trump supporters understand how downright annoyed and pissed we are about having to so ardently vote for hillary
