I can't believe I actually looked at the pictures of Hillary's statue.
Yet another image I can't "unsee".

( gouges pencil into eyes)

This does no good either; the image is to deep in my mind !!!

To what levels have we stooped.
This, and everything else like it, on both sides, is starting to make me sick.

Yes I agree. If we don't like something someone else is doing then do it back to them seems to be a common mentality trait these days. Sad really. The world I grew up in was about leading by example. I do not want to follow any of today's leaders examples.

Yeah but even then there should be a limit when it comes to this crap don't you think? That burnt my cornea's.. both of them... Slander mixed with Insult by an Elitist Killer in Statue form, I protest! Sue!

So you want a limit to free speech, free expression?

Ok.

Where do we start?

Goose gander
Politicians pander

Maybe they were Trump supporters, angry that such an overly-flattering statue of Clinton was put up. The artist is CLEARLY a Clinton supporter!

I still puked in my mouth a little.

Let's start with outlawing horrible artwork that burns peoples eyes straight out of their sockets, that's a good start right?

The different reactions of Hillary supporters versus Trump supporters tells a lot about these two groups.

Very interesting social experiment to see the reactions. I wonder were the Hillary fans upset at the Trump statues? I bet they weren't. I hear one woman saying it was demeaning to women as her friend tried to smash the statue.

All in all, very amusing.

So bailing out bankers and killing people in the Middle East or supporting Israel never had an effect on you?
LOL

Well said. The hypocrisy of it all is overwhelming. Perhaps this election will pull us down a few notches and give pause for reflection.

Not on topic, but who said it didn't?
Nothing to really laugh at, either.

Actually maybe this is something they should introduce for the next election - naked debates.

Imagine Hillary and Donald in the all together. How would that influence voting?

Just don't put it on at dinner time.

Just repeating the obvious and known facts. The left demands equal rights, fairness and the right to express yourself anywhere and anytime you want. Unless your views differ from theirs...then you need to disappear and shut-up.

The latest tactic is that the left have decided violence and killing is just fine. Same rule...as long as they agree with your view. Hell...even hiring people to DO violence is fine with them. And by fine I mean they have paid others to do so. Violent people hired to invade the opponent's rallies and paid to commit assault on other citizens. And killing....yeah, a bit over the line there. But while they "disagree" with murdering police officers...they still support those who do so.

But what do you expect from a group that is trying to elect a person with a long murder list, with blood on her hands from many places including Benghazi and with more appreciation for a green dollar bill than your children.

Yeah...we ARE in trouble.

Is this real? So we can't have barechested ladies on TV but we can have naked statues in downtown where children can see it?

I smell something wrong about this. I can't go downtown naked, but a statue can? And it can be whatever it wants? It's adult-oriented. My immediate reaction seeing that downtown would be to send a letter to the local officials or the state department. I've NEVER seen a statue of that sort in a public place and don't want to. I've seen naked statues and naked people in art rooms or galleries, but not in the open and still with taste and care.

This is ackin to Trump's behavior during his campaign. It's obscene, obnoxious and hateful. In a lot of ways, this statue is too--if true. Another example that decency in this country is losing traction.

Our society hangs by a thread on the trust we have for each other and our modesty. Throw that away and it'll be just like the cesspool in uncontrolled chat or fourm. Barbarism, executions, obscenity, rape and other things are fair game. It's strange to me people can't always see this when it's cast differently from the usual. They think freedom is free just because it's called FREEdom. But freedom isn't free. We have codes of conduct and a justice system to ENABLE freedom. It's not without its rules.

This isn't about free speech. It's about civility.

EDIT: If the posters in this thread who think this statue is ok in a public place where children can see it then I have to ask, how would you feel if a statue of a porn star was in its place? Would you be ok with that? What if it showed her privates? Ok still? YOu should be because you're ok with this statue. Lets lose the false pretense. Lets go ALL THE WAY. Nothing should be offlimits. Lets put these statues in schools. May as well put them in preschools too. The kids will like it. Because it's FREE SPEECH!!!!!!!

Here's an idea for a statue. Lets put it at the gradeschool at the entrnace. JESUS AND THE POOR MAN. Jesus is wearing his robes and has the usuall things like the thorns and the halo above his head. He's sweaty with exertion. He's giving a realistic BJ to another guy, a poor guy, to lead him. It's a symbol of salvation in the holy spirit, the son and the father. I don't see anything wrong with it. FREE SPEECH!!!! A better world it'll be. A tolerant one.

Sounds rather prudish.

More freedom will always be better than less freedom.

We have these free speech laws in order to protect dangerous political speech that in other countries would be prosecuted. We have always hoped that people wouldn't degrade themselves to this trollery in real life, both the naked donald and hillary. This is how people who hate free speech pick up supporters, by this abuse of free speech.
Local ordinances typically can take care of these things.

These are high school pranks, and typically the pranksters did not reveal their identity for fear of scolding.
