I'm not buying this claim 'they didn't know'. This comes down to who was driving the bus, as far as the situation would go with the police officer
doing the questioning. The owner of the 'trucking company' can be riding shotgun but the driver still gets the ticket. Anybody with the license you'd
need to be able to drive a bus would know this. This is beyond common sense.
Of course the campaign would pay the ticket, fines, but it still comes down to the driver. However they convinced them to do it that way, for the sake
of time mostly I'd expect, who knows but the driver the one gonna have to walk in there and take care of the court stuff.
But of course, then again, people like Hillary and her campaign are above the law generally speaking. The audacity they had to dump it at the edge of
a 4 lane road in broad daylight proves it.
I imagine one of her political operatives calculated that it's cheaper if you take one dumping fine opposed to paying dumping fees every time, as
