You keep claiming to want truth but when it doesn't fit your profile or agenda you totally reject it.
Do you really think everything from Clinton's camp is a lie?
That's not sensible. Not at all.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is demanding an investigation of this:

We find Under Secretary Kennedy’s actions extremely disturbing. Those who receive classified intelligence should not barter in it – that is reckless behavior with our nation’s secrets. Someone who would try to get classification markings doctored should not continue serving in the State Department or retain access to classified information. Therefore, President Obama and Secretary Kerry should immediately remove Under Secretary Kennedy pending a full investigation.

Statement on New FBI Files from Clinton Investigation

This will be trouble, no matter how much naysayers treat it with a hand-wave.

Of course there are. Chaffetz as much as prophesied this. He says seven or eight investigations and hearings.

Do you disagree with his summary?

Have any of you Clinton supporters actually looked at the documents???

Screenshot of document showing Kennedy bringing up the quid pro quo:

Screenshot of document showing the somebody (redacted name) at the FBI would look into the E-Mail matter "if Kennedy would provide authority concerning the FBI's request to increase its personnel in Iraq":

Link to documents on line Pages 26 and 28 are my screenshots.

So the question as to whether there was a discussion of quid pro quo is proven.
What everybody 'should' be talking about is the fact that at least 1 member of the current State Department and 1 member of the current FBI even discussed this, because what they are discussing is illegal.

-edit- It seem the FBI person (name redacted) declined to deal with the quid pro quo:

No it won't no matter how much trump supporters want it to be.
It's nothing. Chaffetz called for a hearing without even having read the document.

And it shows the influence that Hillary has to get the current state dept to even ask such a thing. She had a government agency actively trying to assist her campaign.

Let them waste more time and money on another Clinton investigation.
We all know where this ends.
They find no wrong doing and republicans refuse to accept it.
Ad infinitum

KENNEDY in the State department asked for the document change. So thr state department shows they are in Hillary's camp.

It doesn't matter. People want to trust their lawyer politician (I know the worst of the worst). Anything can come out about her, her supporters are just excited she's "tough" enough (corrupt enough) to truck through.

I am sure most of her communications do not occur through email for the specific reason of hiding things.

In the video below she says:

As much as I've been investigated, why would I ever want to do email?

Me too, but VAST institutional corruption should have been all over her and her staffs emails.

I'm not saying there isn't some corruption. But how much if there is no mention of it in their private messages?

LOL

The emails are "to and from" Hillary employees.

That isn't her..you can't control the thoughts and actions of your every staff member..

That said, the staffers weren't talking about vast corruption either..

Everything on trump is from his own mouth.

I think you need to watch that video again!

What you said in your OP is NOT what the Judge alluded to at all.

No you do.. you have to think it is comming from a anti Hillary source. That means he just gave the worst case scenario.

A) Hillary wasn't Secretary at the time.

B) none of this is confirmed

C) the classification never changed.

D) the classifications shift all the time.
E) none of the emails were too or from Hillary.

He implied corruption but kept having to throw in disclaimers about everything..

"If this that's unconfirmed happened it's criminal."

LOL

So far, all of the "discussions" are being executed by Hillary Inc. aren't they.

Oh and some from the Clinton Foundation.

These people are extreme micro-managers.

It was a mere suggestion by an FBI agent and both sides said no.

You scratch your back I'll scratch mine

You're beyond ridiculous at this point.

It's a bribe, pure and simple. It's illegal as well.

Next time you get pulled over why don't you make a "mere suggestion" to the cop and offer him some money or something of value for getting off in return.

Then tell us how that goes. We'll be here to answer your call from the county jail.
