I've seen a few references to tweets earlier today from Wikileaks Twitter feed being described as passcodes or a "dead mans key" that is being released automatically.

Is there any solid info on this yet? Didn't see anything posted...

Honestly, I don't really follow Wikileaks but I've seen this discussed on a couple other "less reputable" conspiracy sites & wanted to see if anyone else knows what these keys are & if they could in fact be an automated release.

the secret to their meaning is hidden in plain sight. “Pre-commitment” in this case is a references to a cryptographic scheme to prevent unreleased information from being tampered with. Essentially those unique codes are proof to anyone reading the documents in the future that their contents remain unchanged: alteration to the leaks will likewise alter those 64-character codes.

I'm going to guess hash values, CRC codes and maybe even ASCII/UNICODE references
to Korean and/or japanese phrases which is what I get when I convert to unicode.

break the hexadecimal string AND the entire decimal numbers apart
into 16-bit, 32-bit and/or 64-bit signed or unsigned integer values
...OR... convert the values to ACSII, UNICODE UTF-8 or UNICODE-16
and see what you get on a character-by-character basis in a number
of languages from Japanese to Korean to Chinese to English to Spanish
or Portuguese whatever other language!

Look and see if the number or characters have ANY mathematical
or character-based meaning to you!

They might be part of a LARGER encryption key expressed as a
foreign language code page or as a numerical reference to pages

Are they codes that go with the PGP key they posted on the night of the troll press conference?
