Only just noticed now the tweets with the keys have "Pre-commitment" before them, followed by the intended targets.
Wonder what Pre-commitment means.

From elsewhere on the web:
>What does "pre-commitment" mean?
>Precommitment is a strategy in which a party to a conflict uses a commitment device to strengthen its position by cutting off some of its options to make its threats more credible. Any party employing a Strategy of Deterrence faces the problem that retaliating against an attack may ultimately result in significant damage to their own side. If this damage is significant enough, then the opponent may take the view that such retaliation would be irrational, and therefore, that the threat lacks credibility, and hence, it ceases to be an effective deterrent. Precommitment improves the credibility of a threat, either by imposing significant penalties on the threatening party for not following through, or, by making it impossible to not respond.

It's being said this could mean more files are indeed coming or this could be a warning that if pressure isn't taken off of WikiLeaks (possibly Assange directly) then something else will be released.

Kerry was the informant all along
>Assange received a tip that Kerry’s been outted
>All communications compromised
>Tweets an encrypted message for him
>”Cover blown, initiate safehouse protocol, they are coming for you”
^^^ 4chan's theory
Well, now I can't stop picturing John Kerry on the run, pulling some Jason Bourne moves, killing men with copies of Better Homes and Gardens.

I'm thinking these are 'validation' codes for pre-released files...to be opened by others should Assange be announced dead or extradited.
These have been released as leverage insurance against UK, US, Ecuador cooperating in extradition.
WikiLeaks @wikileaks 2h2 hours ago @ianbremmer They have done it repeatedly and illegally to our journalistic staff and lawyers. https://__._/google-warrant/

Regardless of where the clues point, if Assange is murdered, Hillary is done. Notice, I didn't say "her campaign" is done.

I believe they mean these files are already in position with others..ready to be opened on command. The codes sent tonight are called 'Hash' and will be used to authenticate the files, when opened.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If it was a dead mans switch who is tweeting???
Such a dead man's switch would be scripted to send out the tweet(s) automatically; Nobody would have to be doing it. I don't think that's what's happening, though.
How is that done then?
Enlighten me because unless his twitter account is hooked to his dying heart that's an impossibility.

If he is murdered...She and Obama ordered it. To assume otherwise is ridiculous.
